At approximately 5am Sunday Morning Emilia received a call saying that the blood on Rhett’s Wyatt’s shirt was a match to Moira MacTeer’s blood. Any observation town folk may have noticed that she never appeared for her usual Sunday run from her house, to the river path after which she usually makes a stop at Common Grounds.

TONY TROY, who was on duty at the time, received a call from her. Emilia explained that she was on her way to his house in Henley Park and they needed to go there now too in order to assist her arrest of Mr. Wyatt.

When they arrived, along with CLEA COX who had just been coming in for their shift when the call came in, Emilia was about a block away, waiting for back up. They pulled up to Rhett’s house and Emilia indicated for one of them to stay out here in case he made a run for it. She knocked on the door, “Deputy Sheriff's Department, open up!”. The knocks go unanswered. After some inspecting they determine he’s not here.

Emilia takes TONY TROY to Main Street with her while instructing the other to call someone in for back up and pay visits to Cecelia and other people close to Rhett to see if he’s with them.

It’s near Common Grounds that she spots Rhett’s Lincoln town car that sticks out like a sore thumb. Especially this early in the morning when most parking spots are still open. VOLUNTEER #3, completely oblivious to the seriousness of the situation, makes an attempt to chat with either Emilia or the other officer who walk briskly past them.

Once inside they quickly spot Mr. Wyatt putting sugar in his coffee in the relatively quiet shop. But there were lots of people around that could cause an issue if he tried to make a run for it. Emilia instructed the officer to stay near the door while she went over to speak with him. “Mr. Wyatt,” she addressed him. Once he turned around so that he was facing her she took out her handcuffs. “You’re under arrest for the murder of Ms. MacTeer.”

SUMMARY: KACL Fall City’s most popular radio station, experiences a signal interruption.

WHO: Officer June Rogers and JJ Mayweather
WHEN: Friday, August 24th
WHERE: The Municipal Building
SUMMARY: JJ confesses to sending all those anonymous notes. June gets him to write a full confession and then arrests him.
WARNINGS: Harassment talk. Talk of JJ

( Still, June wasn’t going to look a gift horse in the mouth until she had the gift locked up in her stable. )

Labor Day Weekend brings the celebration of Milly and Ronnie's anniversary, so the entire Cox family was invited out to the farm for grilling and an afternoon of relaxing and celebrating Grandpa and Grandma Cox's life together. Hugh and Marceline had discussed telling her family and decided that this would be a perfect opportunity to share the news of their engagement. Marceline has not worn her ring since she has been back, as she has not wanted to accidentally give anything away to customers or around town, if anyone was looking.

They arrived around the time that had been given them with several salads that Hugh had put together and a ring on Marceline's finger that had not existed there before. In typical Marceline fashion, she went to grab a beer and used this as an opportunity to show off that ring, turning to the person nearest her, and announcing off-handedly: "So I'm engaged now."

The moment they arrived, Grandma Cox's eyes zeroed in on the engagement ring because she has discreetly been checking Marce's hand for AWHILE now. Her eyes bugged a little, but then she quickly glanced away in any direction but the engagement ring and got a little too enthusiastic about Hugh's salads. It was a huge relief to her that she did not have to wait long for the announcement, and she spilled one of Hugh's salads, dropping it on the table to go hug Marceline. She hugged Marceline and then she hugged Hugh. Her eyes were a little teary because now ALL her granddaughters have found their Ronald. She thought this was the best possible day they could have made the announcement and is already plotting their wedding quilt. Once the announcement and reactions were over, Milly thought this had become the perfect time to bust out the good liquor, add some music and dancing, and make this an even bigger celebration.

Having talked to Hugh earlier, Ronnie was not surprised by this announcement, but was glad that it was now official, and he took some cigars out after the announcement to congratulate them. Clea was super happy and supportive of her sister's engagement.

WHEN: Saturday, August 18, after this.
WHERE: At Eliza's reception & then later Anja's apartment.
SUMMARY: Anja and Andrei reconnect after a long time apart.
WARNINGS: Implied sexual content.

SUMMARY: Sam follows up on Blaze's information by telling JJ that he needs to fess up.
WARNINGS: Harassments. Talk of JJ.

SUMMARY: Blaze is upset that JJ is sending letters. He tells Sam about the notes and asks her to freeze JJ out until he confesses. Sam goes to confront JJ. Camila is like, the only one in Fall City who doesn’t give Blaze her threatening mail.
WARNINGS: Implied threatening notes. Harassments. Talk of JJ.

( Sam raised an eyebrow, thinking Blaze didn't seem entirely himself, but then again, she might be reading too much into it - the heat, after all, was enough to make anyone a little crazy.  )

SUMMARY: Matt and Henry drink beers together, talk about parenting, family, Ed March, Cora March, and the last March party.

SUMMARY: Xo is willing to give Rhett a blood test to determine if Olly is his, but she has a few stipulations.

Filming has been in limbo since the on set fire and the investigation of it, cast and crew waiting to hear when filming would resume were contacted today by Cecelia Reyes. If your character is still staying at the Inn she would have talked to a group that morning, if they are staying elsewhere they received a phone call or email to let them know that filming would not be starting up again. The studio decided that a film could be made with all of the existing footage and that the production had already gone too far over budget. Production is over. Cast and crew are free to return home or do whatever else they want as long as they haven't been asked to stay in town by the FCSD.
