Good morning, Fall City. I'm Officer Ophelia Evans, and the Sheriff has sent me and Detective Adler to your wonderful town to provide some assistance to Deputy Sheriff Wolfe and her people. I met some of you yesterday when Officer Troy took me on a tour of town, but I thought I would give you all some more information about myself.

• I come from a family of police officers. My grandfather, dad, and two older brothers are all also cops.
  
• I attended the University of Washington from 2011-15.
  
• Anyone else who has attended UW and took literature classes has probably met my mother, Martha Evans. She's the one who will talk your ear off about Shakespeare if you give her an opening to.
  
• I have a black belt in karate. If you doubt me, I would be more than happy to give you a demonstration.

I'm excited to get to start working with you all. Your town is lovely, and I'm hoping to check out your faire today. I hope to be able to meet more of you face to face.

VERY DISCREETLY, Jess sets up two cameras, one in her room and one in Gene's. They are set to record constantly and run on a feed that one is able to check live via phone, computer, or tablet given that one has the site and password. Checking archived footage is also possible ofc.

I'm so looking forward to this talent show. I can do so much more than be bitten by ants and I can't wait to prove it. 😊😊😊

There was no evidence of an intrusion in my room last night and nothing on either camera. We'll keep them going for now. I think what we need to do is identify the second voice. We know The Screamer is Moira but WHO IS THAT GUY? I don't know, I assume you don't know, but someone knows. How do we find that someone? By being very discriminate!

This LOCAL must be:
- Well socialized. Knows a lot of people. Knows a lot of VOICES.
- Would not be offended by inquiries into the ghostly presences of the Marches.
- Would not possibly use the goings on in the recording to make Moira (and all of us with her) look shitty.

So basically we need a local we can trust. Do you have any of those? I do not have any of those.

SUMMARY: Danny realized that Ty's his cousin and tracks him down at Mitzi's to meet him.
