Many thanks to the outpouring of support at the auctions last night! You were all incredibly generous and my department really appreciates it. A very special thanks goes to Basma Saleh who moderated the date auction and to absolutely flawlessly and to my brother for organizing and regulating the silent auction.

Please be sure to stop by our dunk tank on Wednesday! Each member of my department will be spending time in the tank waiting to see who has the ability to strike the target and dunk us.

I didn't win Rhett Wyatt but I survived the heartbreak and that's something. Such exciting auctions yesterday! What a FAIR. How many of these have there been? I have a feeling that the 10k won't be as fun as the auctions were but there are some very wild people out there who might disagree. They're wild, though. Don't mind them.

Monday's going to hurt especially bad this week so I'm going to really sink my teeth into this weekend. I am going to walk a dog so hard tomorrow. I might even go double fisting leashes. Is that allowed? How far is this walk? Please let it not be a 10k + dog type of thing.
