TICKETS

Presale tickets for Shakespere Night (May 1st) will be avalaible to purchase starting Monday and will be avalable until Monday, April 30. The price will be $5 a ticket. Tickets will also be avalaible to purchase at the door, but they will cost $2 more.

If you are a performer, you may pick up your complementairy ticket when you come in for your costume fitting.

COSTUMES & HAIR AND MAKEUP

You may pick up your costume starting on Monday, April 23. Fittings will be at the community center on Wendsday, April 25. Final fittings will be on Monday, April 30.

The salon staff will be avialable to help out with hair and makeup. The salon will be closed to the general public on Monday, April 30 and Tuesday, May 1st. If you would like us to do your hair and makeup let us know as soon as posible and let us know what you would like so that we may plan accordianingly. The latest you can request salon help with your hair and makeup is Thursday, April 26.

REHEARSALS

If you would like to get a feel for the stage, the restarant will be open for performers to reherse their scenes from 3-5 every day starting on Monday. if you would like to reserve the stage for yourself at a specific time let us know and we can arrange it.

There will be one dress rehearsel, Monday, April 30. 4:00 P.M. It is not manditory, but do come if you can make it.

OPEN SLOTS

Costume choices are limited at this point, but if you would like to be involved with Shakespere night, and are not already, there are a few open slots still available.

[OOC NOTE: If you want your townie involved in this, feel free to assume that they were roped in/enthusiastically volunteered/were forced into it by their parents/etc. This could have happened as early as May 1st last year or it could even be a standing tradition they've endured for many years. If any film crew is interested, they can take advantage of the open slots. I am also planning on there being a few last minute replacements. You can hit me up if you're for sure interested in that or for anything else. <333]

Hey folks!

It’s that time of year again, the Spring Faire is just around the corner and I’m working with our community director, Basma Saleh (who will be handling the DATING section of this) to organize a silent auction. What does this mean for me? You might ask. Well, if I know you, even just to say ‘hi’ to in the street, I’ll soon be bothering you to donate some of your time to this auction. How?

There are a number of ways, but mainly if you have a special skill, like my son and photography for example, you might put “Five Photography Lessons w/ Blaze” up for auction.

All of the proceeds will go to our local law enforcement who could use the funds to deal with all of the extra work that will arise from our town becoming a tourist attraction. At least I think that’s what they need it for. My sister is always complaining about the budget and maybe if the auction goes well she can chill out for a while.
