Anyone sees an old guy asking about me, don't tell him anything. Don't even tell him I have a kid. Especially don't tell him I have a kid.

We've just lost power down in the 601 section. Not quite sure what happened, looks like something might have overloaded down there.

ooc: Kira's down there chasing the sound of Dread Doctors and sparking the electronics. whoops.

Well, well. Nice little end times you got here. Figured only cockroaches were supposed to stick around in the event of nuclear genocide.

Name's Rust.

I know a lot of you have lost people recently, or have been affected by recent events. This is just a reminder that the Mental Health staff is here for you, and we're happy to help or support you if you need either. Even if you just need an ear or a shoulder for a little while, we're here. This is open to everyone and anyone.

Evacuation is apparently not necessary, so my apologies to anyone I attempted to hustle into the lower levels yesterday. We are not under attack.

With all the information gathering, who is addressing potential threats from the various universes here? I can't believe there isn't someone.

ooc: Feel free to assume!

We were gifted with quite a few new articles of clothing today. Do not let their ironic or skin-sucking characteristics fool you, for I do believe there are quite enough articles to repurpose each item into useful pieces.

Except for the t-shirts. In my mind, you're all "hipsterpotamuses" ...

[FILTERED TO MCU WOMEN]
I understand that a great many of us come from alternate realities and time periods which rotate on the axis of events and people who shaped and are currently shaping the world to come. We all have our concerns and shortfalls and joys.

But I think our setting offers shared experiences, too.

Would you like to meet me tomorrow evening after supper? We'll pull the tavern tables together and have a good chat?

[info]godofstories in [info]the100

FILTERED TO ALISON HENDRIX:
I noticed that childcare is somewhat light on adult oversight lately. I assume either the surge of children scared everyone off, or what the "Pod God" giveth, so the "Pod God" taketh back.

Unless Snow needs me to take care of something, I will stay to help. Really, the kids are more fun than pretending to look occupied behind a desk. (Shh. You never heard me say that. Our secret!)

I can also fetch volunteers. Have you met Thor? You should meet Thor.

[info]lilqueen in [info]the100

I am really glad that's over. I'm sorry for running out of work screaming.

[Jordan Parrish]
Thank you for talking to me yesterday and offering to help. I'm sorry my brother acted like a jerk to you. He's a little overprotective sometimes but he means well. Anyway thanks. I owe you one.

[Oliver and Felicity]
Thank you for yesterday. I never knew pixie dust could do that. This whole place is screwed up though so I shouldn't be surprised. I'm glad you're both here, I feel better having family around. I love you guys even if I don't say it very often.

And Ollie, I really can take care of myself but it's nice knowing you've always got my back.

[info]stormin in [info]the100

Okay, let's do it.

Truth or dare?

[SUE STORM]

Was it just me or did all those white kids running around here look alike? No offense. But like, little rascal reject look alikes...

Crazy, right?

[info]godofstories in [info]the100

ATTENTION!

Childcare is experiencing a sincere lack of care, namely of the adult oversight variety. I did not have time to enlist Captain America to do a rousing speech, but, truly, must I say more than think of the children?

Thor, whatever you happen to be doing, cancel your plans. I already volunteered you to help me.

Do we have any idea what is going on with all of the frozen animals everyone keeps finding around here? No way is that happening simply from the elements. Has anyone successfully unfrozen one yet?

[Charlie Weasley]
It was horrible. I found a frozen crow yesterday. She looked just like Clara and I... I don't know. With everything that has been happening over the past month it really got to me.

[info]withbloodshed in [info]the100

I'm working on stopping what's making people hallucinate and it will start wearing off anyone who's already been hit, but since one of the ways it affects people is skin contact with Pixie's dust spores it might go faster if you try to get people to shower and change clothes. If they've inhaled though they'll just have to wait it out.

If there's air circulation coming out of the warehouses, can we temporarily shut it off? I'm pretty sure they're not in the air supply but just to be extra safe while I try to fix it.

Finally finished reading the Jane Eyre book Evie tossed at my head during last month's quarantine. Didn't much fancy it, to be honest. First of all, my god, poor Jane. That woman was cursed from the start then, wasn't she? Glad she managed to go to school after her wretched turn as her family either abused her or died of typhus, but then she got assigned to the middle-of-sodding-nowhere with Mr. Rochester and the swamp ghost family.

Terribly sorrowed that she didn't join forces with the madwoman in the attic, who clearly got the worst end of every deal, and probably just needed some hot tea and to be talked to until she felt much better. 'Madwoman', Christ. Is that an early 19th century euphemism for possessing an opinion? At any rate, there's a fire that conveniently kills her off and winds up blinding Rochester, and Jane goes away for a while, and then she comes back to be with Rochester forever because somehow it's not a deal-breaker that your love's first spouse got shoved into the attic with out-of-season winter coats and old army paraphernalia. Also, Jane has prophetic dreams and hears voices and whatnot which they never really sorted out, so I'm hoping that a few weeks after she marries Rochester she has a dream in which she adapts a flaming sword and avenges the abused, and then she leaves Rochester a note that says "it has all been very fun, and you have been quite good to me, Edward, but I desire to see the world and leave you in my wake before you poison my ev'ry thought" or whatever it is she'd have occasion to write. And then she'd train with a sword and hone her magical powers and have adventures and settle down with a nice person who doesn't keep their spouse in the attic, because again, how is she okay with that?

I don't get gothic romance.

And of course reminder that Fight Club's happening on the 19th, if you want to pop in and cheer for your mates or enter the ring yourself. I got my arse positively handed to me last month by one Faith Lehane, and I'm still dying to take on one of you nine feet tall types, so come on by! All's welcome.

Unless you're Edward Rochester, in which case, piss off.

I retired, you know. Just recently. And now I'm here. In this hellhole. No offense, if you like it here, but I was just married.

Literally. Ten minutes ago. And my wife isn't here. Do you know what I had to go through the last two seasons for my love? A lot. I had to die for it. Isabella was engaged to an eleven year old.

Now I have a twin not-brother and no princess. And Sid was right about metal zipper things and he's never going to let me live it down. This is where I would normally make threats, such a "bring my wife to me or I will slice through all of you" yet something tells me that wouldn't work. I need a drink.

THIS IS MY WEDDING NIGHT

MUTANTS + DAISY JOHNSON:
I'd wanted to say this sooner, but... yesterday wasn't the right time.

I just wanted to thank all of you for welcoming us and including us. I'll try not to get too cheesy here, but I know we're different, and you didn't have to do this, but you did anyway. It means a lot to me. It's... nice to see you sticking together. And it was great getting to meet those of you who weren't here over Christmas.

And I wanted to say, if any of you ever need a doctor, I'm here. I know I'm touchy about who checks up on me, and I used to take care of others like me, so it feels wrong not to offer that to all of you too. Not that I don't think we can trust the other doctors here. I just know that sometimes other people don't understand.

Okay, that's it. ... Sorry, I guess this got kind of awkward. Don't hold it against me. I swear I'm not completely boring.

I'd like to take this moment to let everyone know that tonight was the first official meeting for Alcoholics/Narcotics Anonymous. It's a weekly meeting that's meant to foster support between allies as we cope with our disease. If you are struggling, please know that there are people out here who would like to help you. We meet every Tuesday at 8pm in 205.

Thank you for your time.

I know they don't got none around here that actually fly but I'd love to see em anyway.

Randomly showing up here is the luckiest I've been in a while. If the catch to a free place to live with my kid and no one trying to kill me is just living in this hill, then fine, I'll take it. Medical, if a man with horns shows up, come find me. That one's probably mine. He can't be that far behind me

And look, I'll pull my weight around here, but no way in hell am I leaving Hazel with strangers during the day. If anyone has an issue with her in the kitchens while I'm there, you can suck it.
