I know a lot of you have lost people recently, or have been affected by recent events. This is just a reminder that the Mental Health staff is here for you, and we're happy to help or support you if you need either. Even if you just need an ear or a shoulder for a little while, we're here. This is open to everyone and anyone.

	I do. I was cranky and grouchy when I should have been focused on you. I wish I could offer a weekend away, ~~for both our sakes~~. I suppose this is the part where I ask what sorts of things you like to do for fun and how many can we do here? 	The last couple of weeks have been fairly stressful. Neither of us was good company last night. I wish you could, too. Well for fun - I enjoy black and white movies, walks, and dancing. Hmm. They might have some black and white movies here. I wonder who we'd have to sweettalk or bribe to get them to show one in the library some night. How do walks through underground tunnels sound? Or out in nuclear winter? I think I'm still a little slow for a few days, but I could manage.

I wonder if we could find music. I used to love going to the orchestra.

I'd be willing to spar some time if you want.

Good point.

It shouldn't be too hard. I think walks in either place would be nice, as long as we're not out in the cold too long. I'm from San Francisco, so I'm pretty warm-blooded.

The woman in the PA system - I'm not sure who or what she is, but she plays music sometimes. Maybe we can talk her into playing something just for us one evening?

I'd like that. I need to do more training, especially with everything that happens around here.

	You just have to learn how to dress for the weather. THere's no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothes. Wouldn't hurt to ask. I'll admit though, I... haven't danced in awhile. I used to be decent though. We'll add sparring to the list of activities then. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Mona, we are here for anyone wants us. We may not always know who needs us, which could be what you mean by people slipping through the cracks, but I'm not lying. 	I do. And that's probably why I'm not a doctor. I know exactly how you feel, Mona - I lost my sister yesterday. She was taken, too.
