The 100; a panfandom game

I believe I have successfully managed to kick my coffee addiction to the curb. The withdrawal was rough but it has happened! I mean if you consider this place as an opportunity to break habits and eventually stop missing things, you will eventually get there!

However, the one thing that I know that I have missed and will hurt my soul to the core is knowing that I missed out on watching Jurassic World and Ant-Man. :(

A pod landed outside our doors today. It was full of... random objects, unlike previous pods. Several bags full of various items. A laptop. I found something that once belonged to me before, so I wonder if these other objects belong to other people here. I am going to start separating everything very carefully, if someone else from rescue & recovery would like to help to expedite this process. That would make it easier for everyone to look through, to see if anything belongs to them.

It feels as though something was reading my mind. I had been worrying about how much of what I know should be introduced here. Advanced knowledge given freely without having been earned, without a proper understanding of the consequences, can be a dangerous thing. It can be a dangerous thing even when you understand the drawbacks. But it can do good, too. There has to be a compromise somewhere.

INCIDENTALLY, everyone. Because it's Friday and I wasn't bored at all, I read a bit out of a few of the law books lying around the library. And one of them was this huge thing about the United States Supreme Court. And I thought, thought I, that this would be a great thing to have on hand and to know about since I haven't been in the know of what those old white men in robes got up to after I left.

DID YOU KNOW. That on June 27, 2015, the Supreme Court of the United States upheld MARRIAGE EQUALITY as a constitutional right in the United States of America? That's right, boys and girls, anyone over the age of 18 (used as a base age because some states were ~CRAY CRAY~ when it came to stuff like this) who loves someone who is also over the age of 18 can get married to each other. Doesn't matter what you identify as, it's legal, and it's beautiful. I can only imagine what my Facebook, Tumblr, and Twitter feeds looked like that day.

GOD BLESS AMERICA. Seriously, that was the best news I've had all day and it's been a pretty good day.

Steve and I just spotted Emerson outside. He had a Grounder with him, a scout. They were searching for something. Not sure if they ever found it, because they disappeared. Quite possibly literally. We had eyes on both of them, we started moving in, then they ducked behind a tree for a second and the trail went cold. Tracking people was a hell of a lot easier before all this magic stuff came along
