The support systems for the Ark over at Camp Jaha have gone down, and they haven't been able to repair them. Mount Weather is going to be taking in a lot of people rather quickly, and they need our help. The best place to set up some temporary housing is in the warehouses, and so we'll be doing that. First things first will be going through and putting as much as we can into storage. Small and portable would be best, so some containers that are bigger on the inside will be necessary. We'll also be putting some spells up to enlarge the warehouses to accommodate all the people, and they'll need warming charms. Anyone who is proficient at creating portkeys needs to also make themselves known to Snow White so that she can begin coordinating transport of the people.

We need all of you on this, even Snape and Pettigrew. There's a lot of work to be done and we have to get it done within a few days. We'll meet in the larger warehouse just after breakfast. Make sure you eat early, yeah?

And I just found out that we're going to need to duplicate some bedding for these incing people. So any of you who're good at that sort of thing, we'll set you on that. I know a few of you are, at least.

I have to admit, when I pictured a nuclear holocaust, [...] this is exactly how I imagined it. Of course, with a lot more bunkers.

Now that it's getting closer to Halloween, I'm missing Hogwarts a little. The decorations, the food, watching Quidditch, and general teenage debauchery.

Do we have enough pumpkins for a pumpkin carving contest? That's probs considered a waste of food, ain't it?

I'm Emmeline Vance, some of you know me, hello! It was November of 1983 before I arrived here. I was working as an Auror, but here I'm as a Soldier. I'm going to leave it at that because I doubt you lot care about shit like my favourite food and colour.

The 100 landed on Earth ONE YEAR ago today! I'll be kicking off the bonfire and festivities tonight.

We're in the process of reclaiming material from the houses that were built prior to the werewolf battle, but we're starting to get a picture of what we're going to need to find or create in order to have even a small number of houses to test throughout the winter. We're still a week or two out from being able to begin rebuilding, but right now we're focusing on clean up, and creating a space for a memorial and cemetery. If you can help with any of this, please do so.

Is there any word on the state of the world outside of the immediate area? I had a thought the other night, about resources. They're limited here, but in other parts of the country and even the world they aren't -- or they shouldn't be. It's impossible for there to be groups sent out to scout for what's available, but Tony and I at least are able to travel anywhere in the world, and we're able to bring loads back. There might be a few others here who would be able to do this, too. It will also start to give you guys a better picture of where the world stands in terms of population.
