WHAT: Cas comes home and sleeps for a long damn time. When he wakes up, Dean is right there to welcome him back.

Can we all collectively agree not to warp reality or cause earthquakes or, I don't know, blow up the mountain for at least two weeks? Please? Some of us aren't from magical fairy worlds where that kind of bullshit happens every Tuesday. For all you all know, I've got a heart condition and all this stress is just slowly killing me.

It's good to be back with the kitchen staff. I missed you all, and I'm sorry I wasn't here to help with that goblin attack. You probably had more fun that day than I did.

I've never seen something like the fighting. We have tournaments, but they're battles between teams of Pokemon.

The animals here aren't completely different from some I'm familiar with. Well, there are a lot of differences, but not in the care so much. I haven't explored outside very much yet though. Is there a body of water nearby that's safe to go to? I'm sure my Milotic would like somewhere to wallow.

So...hi. I guess I should introduce myself. I mean the real me because I don't think we ever actually met before. I'm Hikaru Sulu but most everyone just calls me Sulu. Also, all the plant stuff was real. I have a degree in botany but I'm a navigator on a starship, here I work in the greenhouse.

Sooo...I got eliminated in the first round at Fight Club. Not my best performance but Matt Murdock, I have to hand it you...you're amazing. I'd love to learn some of those moves.

Hopefully I'll do better with the weapons fighting. I tend to be better with a dagger anyway.

We're back, and with good news for once. Lexa called us to Polis to offer us a place as the 13th Clan in the Coalition, and she's given us a week to decide if we want to accept or not. The Command officials will be meeting for the next few days to discuss it, but even though we won't be having an official vote, your thoughts are still valuable. This is a big decision on our part, and it's worth publicly discussing so that your representatives can accurately argue for your perspective in the meetings.

Speaking of the Council, we're having a shift in personnel: Abby Griffin is stepping down as Chancellor to devote more of her time to Medical. This means we're down from 5 members of the Council to 4 for the time being, because Marcus Kane is stepping up as Interim Chancellor until an official election later this year. Kane served the Council on the Ark, and to be totally honest, he understands and negotiates more effectively with the Grounders than Chancellor Griffin ever did. This is a positive thing, and Chancellor Kane should be addressing everyone in his own words soon.

SNOW WHITE:

I'm not sure what the chance means for you, because I'm not sure if Mom has talked to you about it. She basically resigned in Polis instead of waiting to get back. Kane might be more proactive about announcing things himself or he may want to use you the way Abby did. I'm just not sure, and I wanted to give you the head's up.

I still have a great deal of catching up to do, on history, on this place, the people, the.. communities that have grown and fostered and died since the world went arse up, but I refuse to let myself get lost in books before I make proper introductions. I'm Evy O'Connell, my husband introduced himself a few days ago but then it was simply "You can call me Rick and I probably won't shoot you".

I'm to be a Mapmaker, but I have to ask; is there still any love for Archaeology and history this far in the future? Survival comes first, obviously, but- Well, admittedly it's my great love and I don't think anything can truly tear me away from it, even here.

Sooo I don't know if I'm more passionate about the fact that I beat as many people as I did in Fight Club or the fact that I lost to Thor.

Easily some of the best bruises I've ever gotten.

I've tried writing this a few different ways, and I discovered that the best way to do it is by being blunt:

I'm resigning as Councilor.

I'm grateful for the last year in this mountain. I'm grateful for the trust you've given me over the months and the privilege of leading you. However, for a number of personal reasons (most of which I've shared with people I'm close to, and am not ready to share with people I'm not), it's appropriate now for me to concede the position to Logan, before the discussions about the Grounder alliance begin.

I will still serve the people as Lieutenant General, but my political career is over, and I am content.

EVERYONE KEEPS LEAVING ME

I can't claim to know Peter half as well as his close friends but I did like his music and he made rather idiotic choices with women but at least he was aware of being an idiot, which often goes a long way because most people just stay idiots until they die.


Does anyone else not miss Storybrooke but maybe the idea of having ... normality? WHatever that is. But living a life. Being married. Having kids. Jobs. Not worrying about death and darkspawn and maker knows what else because you're set on a path where you can never be content with anything and you're destined for more. I'm not supposed to be the destined one. Garrett is. He's a good brother, you know, even if it's easy to get overshadowd by him but that isn't his fault, hes just larger than life and doesn't realize it sometimes. being a warden helped me step out of that shadow, but it always feels like there's some other shadow. the darkspawn. the calling.

maybe I'm not meant to be content unless it's done by magical spell and stripping me of all else i know

drinking alone was probably a mistake.
