Fellow citizens of the Mount Weather Community. It appears that my dream journal has gone missing. It's about 6 inches by 8 inches, and on the cover is an owl. It's adorable and we all know how tempting adorable things are. (That is, after all, how most people contract throat spiders in the first place.) I can only assume that someone has picked it up by accident. I can only assume that no one would fiendishly, and maliciously, and purposefully take my dream journal. The journal of my dreams. My dreams. My dreams. MY. DREAMS.

So, Mr. 1776. You know how you were all about wanting to go to D.C. last week or whenever?

Too bad there's not a wedding today. I like weddings. All the bridesmaids are so nice.

Well, the guy who was doing the movie nights disappeared, and that's sad. I think he had the next few weeks of movies already done, so I guess that someone's going to have to take it over. I'm volunteering myself, and I'd like to know what kind of movies you all want to start doing. So you guys have specific ones you want to watch, let me know and I'll make sure make sure we watch it as soon as we can.

Dr. Tam, this is Finnick Odair -- I was camped out beside Katniss for the last few days.

I have a ... proposal of sorts for you.

I have successfully made a shitty drum, and some shitty drumsticks. The nice thing about percussion is you can do that anywhere. It's the little things, you know?

At least that's what I keep telling myself.

So, after that whole grand speech I gave about knowing all about what a council member's job is, I forgot one thing.

It's their job as a leader to be objective, to keep their personal emotions from distracting them from what needs to be done. And I haven't even started, but I'm already thoroughly distracted, and it's not something that's likely to go away anytime soon. Same goes for my running partner. We've decided to officially withdraw from the race. I'll still be around, you know, doing whatever I can. In smaller ways.

Best of luck to those of you still running. And you know what, whoever or whatever is making people disappear should go swallow a bucket of Ashwinder eggs.

When I was on the battlestar Galactica, there was a tradition that I found meaningful and comforting. All along a corridor, people placed pictures and mementos of loved ones they'd lost. Sometimes they would visit, pray or light a candle.

Perhaps something like that might be a way to keep alive the memories of those who've gone missing. And for those who came from the sky, a way to memorialize those you weren't able to lay to rest.

If indoors is too intrusive, maybe a memorial garden?

Well, this was unexpected. Didn't expect to be getting off the train in Passaic and waking up in the future. It just seems weird to me. And living underground? I understand why, because those bombs are scary. It's just a little claustrophobic.

Anyway, I'm Angie. I'm from New York City and I grew up in Passaic. I want to be an actress, but my only claim to fame is that I saw Captain America once in Passaic when he was selling war bonds. I was going to join the dancers and the USO he traveled with, but my dad put his foot down. I can see why, all but two of my brothers were in the army, and it was a long four years waiting for them to come home.
