Been awhile for this but hey, St. Paddy's day is coming up on the 17th. As many of us know, the holiday has become about getting blackout drunk and partying hard. So, don't drink and drive and drink responsibly - in moderation. Remember to drink water and eat proper food. Seriously. I'm really not interested in alcohol poisoning cases.

Half-priced drinks are lies. I don't really know why people go for the half-priced drinks when thre is half the alcohol and that is the watered down story. Pay full price, get the full package. I'd be good at sales. You're welcome.

Also, don't eat the goldfish in the tank. I swear, this guy tried to fish through the tank on some drunk dare. A - it's gross. B - it smells. C - just don't.

Does anyone know if there's a store that carries about thirty standard size lightbulbs? Everywhere I stopped on the way home only had a couple in stock. I'm cool with different brands or types. I just kind of need them until I can actually order a batch.

...I also learned that using BIG LETTERS is like I'm YELLING. I've been doing some learning about how to use computers. They sure as hell would have been useful in a battle!

They sell boxes of "cookie mix" in the supermarket. I still don't understand why anyone would buy one. Cookies are one of the simplest things to bake. Why not just purchase flour, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla and make your own?

That's what I've been up to. Vanilla/Lavender Snowflake cookies, and Almond/Coconut Snowball cookies. They're in the case at the bakery, if you can make it there through the snow.

I have decided that cooking is one of humanity's pinnacle achievements. So fascinating. I remember when you were just learning to toast meat over a fire, and now there's coffee and breakfast cereal and burritos. And marshmallows.

I got my matter replicator working. It's mostly programmed for food, but if anyone wants to try foods that aren't from Earth, you can!

If anyone is in need of a little chocolate (or a piece of pie), Sweet and Tart is open for extended hours this week. We also make deliveries.

That was... something else.

Certainly a learning experience, if anything. I wish I could have left a message or talked to my younger self. The desire to misbehave all because I was scared and sad. In the end, I just reverted to how I normally was. Those magazine clippings and such certainly didn't help. The depression wasn't terrifying. What was terrifying was thinking how the future would never be happy and that's not true.

I've had a lot on my mind, but worrying or giving in to that sadness won't help. I just have to do what I do every day and if there's anyway I can help, I'll do whatever I can.

I think I might continue with a slice of cake for dinner every so often. It doesn't hurt to treat one's self.

I'll give my younger self credit - she gave me some new ideas for helping people.

I did manage to hide and stay overnight in the museum though. I'll need to try again to make sure the first time wasn't a fluke, but remember what we talked about? If the theme park won't do, there is the museum. I'll be testing the theme park this week. If I detach my wings from my suit and fly over, there shouldn't be a problem. Ah, this is so exciting! You can have anything to eat! There's no food rationing! And there's so much to do! There's so much I haven't tried yet! What's everyone's favourite food? What about things to do? And this technology is amazing! I can't believe I can communicate with so many people so quickly! What other amazing technology is there? Can someone help me figure out what most of the things in my new home are?

There was a nice lass I talked to - I think she's a baker - that mentioned time magic and... she's right. I've been doing some research and it's really astonishing what's been going on. I don't know why it didn't hit everyone or why the ages are so random, but it explains a lot.
