One of my favorite officers just transferred from Summerbridge to Ravenmoore because she couldn't take the undercurrent of sexism that pervades the department here. This station feels toxic sometimes, and I'm not sure what to do about it.

Since I'm all new here and all that shit, I figured I should introduce myself. I'm Lorna Dane and yeah, I guess I'm a new resident with my daughter of Ravenmoore. I'm working as a trainer for self-defense and abilities/powers so if you need either of those things, hit me up.

Out of sake for my own peace of mind, is this place safe for little ones? Anything I should know or have a heads up about? No mutant hate groups going to coming knocking on my door that I'll need to kill.

Hey guys, I know your heads are all probably spinning because of the new arrivals and everything, and apparently that's a thing here? People coming from the future? Messing things up? Time travel isn't something that's strange to me where I come from, so whatever.

My name's Diego Hargreeves, and I'm working with Ravenmoore Law Enforcement, so if you've got any problems or whatever we might cross paths there. I don't think anyone's heard of the Umbrella Academy here so the name Hargreeves doesn't mean shit. All you gotta know about me is that I'm good with knives and I can kick your ass.

I think my family's here though, unless I was brought here by myself which'd suck.

Heard you're getting the motorcycle soon. Want me to do some of the protective charms on it like I did for Natasha and Selene? Also, have you decided one way or another about adding on the flight spells?

I put together a couple of working prototypes of the backpack wings I mentioned before. Selene pronounced them as functional enough for limited distribution if you'd like to give them a try.

I had started on a set of enchanted armor for Lirael similar to what I made for Lucy Pevensie. Unfortunately, Lirael seems to have left Preya. If you know of a woman warrior who could use such armor, I would appreciate it if you would ask her to get in touch with me as only final fitting still needs to be done.

Also, I have a mare in my stables, smart and sure-footed, who could use a new home. She is well-trained to saddle and hackamore, as I prefer not to use a bitted bridle. Since she is lightly built, I thought she would make some lady a good palfry if you know of one with a gentle hand who desires a horse of her own.

Been a while since I've updated this thing. Things are going great with me, I've moved in with Steve-- well, actually we had to find a new place because we got a direwolf puppy. I have a fucked up sense of humour so I called the poor thing Fubar, but Steve calls him Paws because he's adorable like that.

He just ate our couch, so we might be in the market for a new one? But everything else seems to be going great. I've got a pretty good teaching gig at Shugosha Academy, you'll probably all see me there.

I'm going to be setting up a Veterans Program with Steve as well, for former soldiers and people who have certain post traumatic stresses related to battle. People must know who I am, what I've done, how they can even stand to live with me is beyond--

I'm terrible with words and shit, but I've had some seriously messed up stuff done to me in the past, stuff that I might not ever get over. We've all got history, not all of it's good, but coming together in a group setting, it's not going to wave a goddamn magic wand or anything but as it was back when I was just a soldier before Hydra and all their bullshit, we're all brothers and sisters in arms.

Or whatever. Like I said, words aren't my stuff. That's Steve, he's more into the touchy feely stuff. I'm more the type to suggest putting a picture of someone you considered your greatest enemy back where you came from on a dartboard and throwing knives at the picture. Coping mechanisms can come in different ways.

This got long. Maybe words are my thing after all. Anyway, let me know what you think. And if anyone knows where I can get a good offer on a couch, that'd be great. Preferably one that our new wolf pup won't maul.

So does this mean we get the option to skip the next winter? Only fair, as far as I can see. One of you energetic bureaucratic types ought to go nuts documenting the snow and everything else just so we can present it to the ruler, or whoever the weather wizard is, like a get out of jail free card when December comes around again. The only downside I can see is that we'll have to get all of our snow skitching out of the way before this snow melts.

Well, the party’s still on for Sunday, blizzard or not! But please, please, please, PLEASE don’t try and come if it gets too crazy out there! For anyone that’s able to make it, extra beds will be made up and we’ll be fully stocked on food and drinks!

Plus, if it’s really as bad as people are saying it’ll be, work and/or school will probably be closed the next couple days! It’ll be a SNOW PARTY!!

I would have thought that you might recall from your misadventures last All Hallows just how sensitive a vampire's nose cam be. Especially when blood is concerned. I do hope your injury was not too serious. Painful, but not too serious.

I can even understand the why of it all to some extent. You did not get your phone call - even if the denial was because you were going to be petty with it - and so chose to turn off Ravenmoore's phones for an hour or so. There is a certain symmetry to the entire thing. Even more symmetry to your receiving your punishment right there on the scene. And the blood rain? The vampire version of manna from Heaven? Not within your capabilities, so I must attribute that to your new minion, whose scent I now also have.

What keeps me from dismissing the entire affair as youthful hijinks is the problem of a missing security guard. Could be you responsible. Could be said new minion acted to gain your approval and you had nothing to do with it. Were I in your shoes, and given the appearance of a new force to be reckoned with on the Ravenmoore Police Department Day Shift, I might be inclined to confessions of things done lest I be also blamed for things not done. You can't lie to me. I would wager you would also be unable to lie to the archangel. I would certainly suggest not trying to. I have heard confessions are good for the soul.

Still getting used to this place. I've seen all sorts of people here, I know not everyone's happy about coming here, but I can tell there's out of towners from here that come here for an escape, a new beginning, that sort of thing. This place is a lot like Wakanda, it's closed off from forces that might disrupt it, even the technology's something else, though Wakanda's was more dazzling. They said that the last self-defense teacher was one of the ones that left Preya recently so they were short staffed. We're still interested, right? He's okay with having us co-teach. Probably wants us to tone down the gay a little bit, but I don't think there's any problem with that. Much.

Hey, so I'm new here. It's nice here, lot of friendly faces and different kinds of people.

There was a metal detector at the train station and that was awkward, I think I freaked out the guy operating it when I took off my metal arm, but well. He didn't know what to do so I gave him a hand which, well.

Stopped by the marketplace though, picked up some stuff. It's weird how we went from the end of the world to snowing in the New Year, but that's a thing here I guess. Time displacement?

Uh, not doing this right. I'm Bucky, I have a metal arm and I am was I'm a soldier, well at least I was before I got here. Not sure what I am now. Alive will do for now. I'm glad the world's not ending and I'm not dead, that's a bonus.

This place is nice, I kind of miss Wakanda though. Anyone want to show me around?

Do you guys remember when you were like "hey, im gonna make a super impulsive decision and move across the country to a previously unknown island just because Im in a bad mood today and Dog Cops is on seasonal hiatus anyway so what is there to even look forward to in life"? And then, when you got to the place, you realized you didn't think ahead at all and like, didn't have anywhere to live?
