My name is Shouto and I'm curious to know who the top ranking heroes are for each region.

I'm hoping to negotiate a work study beneath one of them, or even multiples should they only be willing to take me on a couple days a week. I don't mind to commute. I have my license so rather than another internship I'd prefer a sidekick role, and can freely use my quirk to assist on patrols and rescue missions. I have training for both.

It's only natural that they are made fully aware of my quirk so I will demonstrate if needed for consideration.
