This is usually my favorite time to train. I'm used to running in the cold since winter is my naturally active season, but I've been really enjoying the leaves here in Preya. Having a permanent running partner doesn't hurt. I think she's been having fun, too.

I hope anyone who's working out this fall and winter makes sure to keep hydrated. Cool air can really hurt your throat if it gets too dry.
