Ok all you assholes are crazy. All of this reminds me waaayyy too much of living around cranks. Howls and shrieks are like lullabies to me with all I've been through, but murdering bitches? Anyone, y'know, gonna DO SOMETHING about that? I thought that shit was illegal here.

Is there a part of Preya that isn't housing these creatures? Things were calm for a long time when I first got here.

Can we put them all on one side and humans go to the other? It really doesn't feel safe anymore when once a week there's someone making scary noises or you're hearing about someone being attacked.

I would like to apologize to those who have been affected by the scream and howls the past few days. It is not our intention to disrupt anyone in Preya, though some things can not be avoided sadly. But will be handled to ensure that there is a warning in case another scream is to happen.

It took a whole array of sound-proofing spells to block out that frightful racket and get back to sleep. I have heard bombings that caused less of a disturbance.

We'd all like to have considerate neighbours.

So after a day or two of watching the passengers on the rail, I notice a lot of you have those tiny headphones that you shove into your ear canals. Which, by the way, can't be good for your ears or your eardrums when you're playing your music loud enough not to hear the stop announcements. But as I'm clearly not the brightest star in the fragging galaxy, I went out and got myself a pair.

The question now is how do you all keep these in your ears? I've seen people jogging with them, but I can't cross my bedroom without them falling out. What's the secret? I'll happily buy a round for anyone who can show me how it's done.

I'm curious - how many of you arrived here with physical alterations that you weren't expecting?

I have some questions. Both wizards and muggles can answer, if they like.

Would you consider a Television a dangerous muggle machine? Do you think that someone who is forbidden to behave like a muggle should avoid looking at Televisions altogether because they would get into terrible trouble if they did? If your answer is no, then are there any long photographs you would recommend that are suitable for young people. That is, ones that do not feature muggles in states of undress, or profanities, or other sorts of immorality?

This is another holiday I have never celebrated. If I am up past midnight tonight, how am I supposed to arrive on time to work tomorrow morning? I open this bakery at 5am, which means I need to be here at least an hour beforehand, in order to bake the goodies that I sell.

Celebrating New Year's Eve by counting down the seconds to midnight seems very inconvenient.

You needn't worry about me any longer. Cassiopeia is quite remarkable sometimes. She found someone to talk to that wasn't a horrid muggle, a Miss Emerton, and I'm to meet her, and she has given her word that my family at home won't think I'm dead or lost, and that if I am patient I can go home someday.

It is the best news I've had in months.
