Fascinating, isn't it? It appears that you can communicate instantly with a great number of individuals or with a specific one or two. Do you like it? Is there anything like this in the future?

Ah... it is a most interesting idea indeed. Quite handy. I do believe the Muggles are working on something of this nature. Did you say that I may be able to communicate with others from your future?

Truly exquisite. I'm almost jealous I didn't think of it myself. Oh yes! How terribly rude of me. Everyone... please meet Albus Dumbledore. Well, my future self, I presume. Fabulous beard if I may say so myself. They weren't wrong about that. Say... how old are you these days?

It took many a year to grow out this beard, but I must say that it is one of the greatest accomplishments of my life. As for my age, well... I am terribly old, I must admit. One hundred and.... fifteen, is it? Well in any event, it is the year 1997! Imagine that, young Albus.

Remarkable. I am truly glad to see you so well, Albus. Feel free to use my journal for your purposes. I am quite sure there are many here who had a great deal to say to you.

Introductions, right. I've been meaning to get to this and every time I try, I have no idea what to say. The 'I'm the son of the great so-and-so' doesn't exactly do it for me. There isn't much to say about me. I'm not particularly good at anything besides screwing up. There isn't much truly remarkable about me. I'm just... me.

In truth, I came here to not be me. Being me is rather problematic where I'm from, you see. You don't. I won't bore you with the details. Who I was doesn't matter. I don't want to go back to that. New country, new life.

My name is Albus Severus Potter Potter, here looking forward to a life of no expectations that's mine for once.

Oh! And before I forget, there is a most exquisite tailor in Everdale just near the school that I highly recommend. Fast and reliable and not terribly expensive either. Indeed, I shall be styling my new purple robes come Monday morning's class!

Been here only a couple of days and I'm pretty happy with my decision to come here. Set myself up good and proper, too. Got the estate set up near the forests, there's a nice clearing there that reminds me of the various scenery I was accustomed to growing up, there's even a bubbling brook that looks like the place where Father and I would come when we wanted to think about Mother. She'd like it here, it's quiet and peaceful.

In Everdale, at least. Ravenmoore's a bit... busy. Too crowded. Too many people here.

Managed to grab a few essentials down there in any case, but I feel like I'll be spending a lot of my time at Kyteler's, especially since they sell my books. Good to know they have good taste, then again they could merely be catering to certain individuals.

I'm enjoying it here. Good vacation away from the Mudblood bitch undesirables I see day to day in the Ministry.

So, Preya, got anything fun for me to do? Reading's good, but I could use a good drink.

My name's Theodore Nott. I'm a wizard, but unlike other purebloods I know a little about Muggle technology. Some Muggles actually know how to have a good time. The vampires and hybrids in particular. My days in Morsmordre can attest to that. So if there's a place for a young wizard like myself to let loose, feel free to let me know.

I'm a little more responsible than that now. Just a little. But we gotta light up the skies with some fireworks to start off 2019!

I'm craving honeycomb ice cream all of a sudden. Anyone recommend a good ice cream place here? Been here ages but I feel like I'm still learning stuff about Preya.

What an extraordinary place. Such Christmas cheer. Such excitement! How to describe in a word... merriment, perhaps? Or too festive? Ah, I do often find difficulty in finding the right words. Or is it that plentiful words find me and I'm but too susceptible to their charms that I cannot help but use them in abundance? I believe this is a more suitable explanation.

The toffee is quite delicious if I might add. Oh! And joy of joys! I have discovered a sock shop. Truly the wonder of Christmas is upon us. Now if only there was butterbeer....

Are there any insomniacs on here? And or beings that don't sleep or sleep very little? It gets lonely at the early mornings of the night and it would be awesome to chat to someone.

And for those who will probably ask, I don't sleep. I can't, and I have no idea why. No magic or physical remedy has ever done anything. Except getting knocked clean on my ass... but that doesn't count!

I find this country and it's peculiarities as unsettling as I do intriguing. Though I was certain I departed in summer, I arrive in winter. Arguably a matter of geography. Less readily explained is finding myself in another time entirely, filled with technological advances beyond common imaginations of my time. I find it all so curious. A land so deeply laced with magic, yet the community stands united rather than divided. Quite nearly a vision of my own design if not for the incredibly devastating flaws. I suppose you have tried your best and domesticated your flock. Is it the calm before the storm?
