Since I'm all new here and all that shit, I figured I should introduce myself. I'm Lorna Dane and yeah, I guess I'm a new resident with my daughter of Ravenmoore. I'm working as a trainer for self-defense and abilities/powers so if you need either of those things, hit me up.

Out of sake for my own peace of mind, is this place safe for little ones? Anything I should know or have a heads up about? No mutant hate groups going to coming knocking on my door that I'll need to kill.

You know? I controlled my magic for the first time. It was amazing! I couldn't believe it. I just focused and created light straight from my hand. Such an incredible feeling!

So does this mean we get the option to skip the next winter? Only fair, as far as I can see. One of you energetic bureaucratic types ought to go nuts documenting the snow and everything else just so we can present it to the ruler, or whoever the weather wizard is, like a get out of jail free card when December comes around again. The only downside I can see is that we'll have to get all of our snow skitching out of the way before this snow melts.

I was reading in the paper today about the forecast, apparently they're saying it's going to snow next week. I'm looking forward to that, I love snow. I always love making snow angels too, but whenever I make them they look more like devils. Funny, that...

I went down to Ravenmoore Mall today and got myself some new gloves. They're bright and colourful. Mostly yellow, with what looks like multicoloured jewels on the knuckles. They're nice and cosy. Should work well for the cold snap coming up.

Alright I'm up. School's in, I'm teaching again, so you'll probably see me at the Institute. For those that are new this year that might not be familiar with me, I'm Dr. Bruce Banner. Yes, that-- I'm teaching science, chemistry, physics, graphic engineering, but I fill in when various people are sick. I'm not really that strict, but if I catch you cheating on an exam I promise the other guy won't smash y-- NO I CAN'T EVEN JOKE ABOUT THAT WHAT I'm more the talk it out kinda guy than the stick you in detention for the rest of your life kind.

So if you need any help or whatever, let me know. We all had to start somewhere in life, and at some point we needed someone to give us the right direction to go.

I don't know what the go is with field trips here but I'd probably teach some outdoor classes on a nice day too, I don't want to seem too stuffy. With all my PhDs and stuff.

So, it's a new year.

If anybody's interested, I'm working on reopening Stark Towers proper - there's going to be some positions available, mostly for researchers and analysts to understand exactly what's going on in Preya. I found some research from the last me who was here about the disappearances and I intend to try and continue it without the sue of...tracking chips, which has been unanimously agreed as creepy. There might be an optional carryable version in the future, but either way, a chip can be removed. It's not really a reliable solution of finding out where people go when they vanish.

Other than that, I'm both open to suggestions and things to stick my brain into.

Hello everyone. I have been here for quite some time but only just found it prudent to introduce myself. What with the proximity to Christmas and certain personal matters, I have not had a chance to correspond on the network thus far however I figure no time like the present, and I'd like to check in and see how things are going ahead of the holiday season in any case.

My name is Percival Graves. I have been in Preya for several months, perhaps even going as far as a year? I'm uncertain, my road here was... bumpy, to say the least. But this place is more a home to me than the one I left behind, and I'm in no rush to return there.

I have been appointed by the powers that be to oversee the magical security of this place and make sure that nobody is here that shouldn't be here and that would pose a threat. I am aware that this place has housed certain... entities that have meant us ill will in the past, and I do not want anything to happen to disturb the way we live or to endanger anyone here. This place is a place of safety, for people who may have had a difficult past to start afresh, or for people to start a new journey in their lives for other reasons.

That being said, I understand that there are some of you that disagree, and as this is a place of free will, you are of course allowed to express your opinions. I am merely overseeing the security of this place in the hopes that any such activities will not endanger anyone here.
