I haven't updated my blog in a while, it's been pretty busy. Sherlock and I have moved in together and it's amazing like old times. We've been solving a number of interesting cases, but I thought I'd share the most recent one. I call it ( The Case of the Dirty Diamonds )

Does anyone know if there will be another archery competition this weekend, or who I should speak to in order to inquire about entering?

Did everyone else receive the same pitch that I did? If so, this place must be filled to the brim with inherently sad people. Who else would accept such an invitation to leave behind everything and everyone they know? Or is it populated by hopeful individuals? I should think I fall somewhere in between. Half agony, half hope. Only Preya can say how it will all unfold.

Honestly, who has time for 'faires' and socializing... I barely get to sleep and people want time off to go to a faire. How do you pick and choose which stupid precious little request gets honored?

It has been too long since I last competed in a faire. Who will be joining us in Everdale this weekend for a bit of fun competition?

Fingers have been missing since early April. Assuming they're still preserved, alert me if you find them. Not security. They already know, and they're apparently tired of hearing about it.

When — not if — you attempt to drink the University coffee and decide it isn't worth finishing, bring the rest to me. I'm conducting an experiment on acidity levels.

After a late start, Sherlock and I took the rail over to Summerbridge, and he's been showing me around. We first went to this large flea market that's only open on Saturdays, and we picked up a number of cool things, including a maritime map that I think is from a different universe than where I'm from, a few books to add to my library, and a panini iron. The problem is we're carrying around our bags everywhere. We're heading over to Micheal's Strawberry Stand, next.

Hello, I'm Dr John Watson. Back where I came from, I used to keep a blog about the interesting things that happened to me, so I naturally thought I'd continue to do the same, here.

I arrived on the 9th with a group of others and was assigned a place to live and a job in Ravenmoore. First I was too busy situating myself to check the network, and then I broke my mobile on Saturday and needed to get a new one, so I'm finally updating.

Early Saturday evening, a dear friend of mine visited, Sherlock Holmes, who has been in Preya for the past six months. After a short discussion, we decided that I ought to share his flat and live together like we did before. It just makes sense. Afterward, Sherlock took me on a walkabout the neighborhood. We went to all these different places, showing me around. I missed the dinner celebration to welcome new arrivals, so I'm sorry I didn't get to meet everybody who was there, but maybe there will be other opportunities? Sherlock and I had a good time together. Everywhere we went were places that Sherlock solved a case, and I mention them here because I thought it was fascinating. ( In no particular order... )

Sunday was spent moving all my things from one flat to the other, and then started to unpack.

There's more I could write about, but I'll save that for a future entry.
