I am Illyana Nikolievna Rasputina, or Magik. I understand that "I" was here before. I'm not that girl any more, and don't remember this part of that life.

I also understand that the people I know aren't necessarily from the same point of linear time. That isn't a new difficulty for me. Since sharing our details probably won't break the timelines more than simply being here, let's place each other in time. I'm not one of Sam's team any more. I'm no longer a prisoner in Utopia. I'm also no longer one of the Five. I'm currently affiliated with the New Charles Xavier School for Mutants.

Apparently I know just enough about farming to become a farmer here. Is there even any equipment to use besides hand tools?

Senseless waste of

Have tissue and blood samples. Curious about lycanthropy, would like to run studies - multiverse collides in one place, incompatible physics truly incompatible or undiscovered/unknown, like everyone has different pieces of one large puzzle, or different pieces of different puzzles. Physiological changes of this kind unheard of. "Magic" insufficient explanation.

MAGICAL SORTS:

As you're aware, several of our community have been bitten and likely cursed with lycanthropy. We're working on a containment facility, and I was curious to see if any of you could assist with — I guess some sort of bigger on the inside enchantments. We had magic that could help us back in our world, but unfortunately our magical Fables are not here to assist. That's where you come in.

I should have my scouts coming back after assessing the facility to help me go over the plans and see what we can do. If you can help, please let me know.

Anyone who won't be joining the fight or helping the medical team during the full moon is to report to the prison before sundown. The entrance is right next to the hospital and relatively hidden; it's the safest place in the unlikely event that the werewolves get into Mount Weather.


MILITARY:

It's almost the full moon. I don't need to tell you what that means.

If they don't come this weekend, they never will. They've let us capture a spy, they've attacked us with a virus, and they've been bolstering their numbers more during every moon. They will come now, when they think disease has thinned our ranks. We're all in the military for a reason, and for some of us it's been months since we could properly stretch our legs and do what we were trained to do. I trust you to use all that pent up energy defending our new home.

We have powers and soldiers they've never heard of and abilities they cannot hope to properly defend against. We killed a werewolf in our own home, in close quarters and horrible conditions. Yes, we lost people. I'm more aware of that than most. But in terms of a battle, the odds were stacked against us, and we won before he could even get close to his goal of escaping and giving our information to his allies. Given warning and resources and a proper battlefield, we will scorch the very ground they tread on.

The natives here have a phrase for this: jus drein jus daun. Blood must have blood. We'll have blood on the full moon, and they will deliver it to us. Keep yourselves sharp and wait for our orders once the night draws closer.

SOLAS, SERA & VARRIC:

I mostly made sense of the explaination I got given. Or, well, okay not so much all of it. But I figure that will follow and I know the people here mean well.

So I guess now I need to know how I help? Till I get home I mean. I'm working as a farmer which is fair. I'm good with plants and things. But is there anything else I can do? What do people do around here for fun, social stuff?

OH also, I'm Iliana. Because, duh, I should do the intro thing properly.

Whatever that was voice, I didn't sense any kind of magicks when it happened.

I'm going to try using my astral form to check more, but just in case something goes wrong, I'd like someone to guard my body while I do.

To everyone who came by while I was recovering to make sure I didn't die of boredom: thank you. I had doctor's orders to sit down and shut up for a while, and you know how hard that is for me.

For a small medical update, I'm recovering well and being fitted for the dock next Monday. By then we'll have some accurate measurements for the new hand itself, and then after that it's just waiting for it to be finished.

Semi-related, but has anyone seen Ruby? She was supposed to come by to play checkers this morning and never showed up.

Hey, so, it's REALLY nasty out there. Hunt yesterday got washed out, and just looking out the door today... If it wasn't rain, I'd call it a blizzard. I wish Ororo was here to fix it, but oh well.

Okay, who the hell were those people in our apartment? What were they talking about, "outsider blood"? I was going to try an exorcism but they're gone now.

What in the abyss is going on?!

Everyone who was trapped in the stepping disc portals should be out by now, but just to be safe, it would be best if everyone could check in with either myself or Carol Danvers so we can get an accurate headcount. If anyone fails to, we're going to send one of the guard to go looking for them while Illyana and I look for a leftover portal or poke through the Fade to see if there's anyone we missed.

I know that the headcounts are a pain, and at times may seem as if to invade your privacy. I wouldn't ask you for one if it wasn't important. The things in the Fade aren't real, and anyone left in some pocket dreamscape could easily pass away of dehydration if we don't find them in time.



Again, everyone please check in with me or with Carol Danvers so we know that no one has been accidentally left in another dimension. Thank you.

Do not go into the portals if you can help it.

I'm not sure how this is possible, but they lead into some strange version of the Fade. If you do end up in them, try not to believe anything you're seeing; I know that it's convincing, and anything you experience in there is the Fade getting into your brain and forcing you to believe in its illusions. Mages from my world are used to forcing themselves to become lucid in order to avoid being tricked into possession, but the rest of you have never been in it before.

I went into one and managed to get myself out because of my anchor. I can open and close rifts on my own, but most of you don't have those powers. I don't know how many people are stuck in the Fade, and I definitely don't know who knows they're stuck and who doesn't, but when I went through the portal disappeared behind me. I need help looking for them and getting them back out again.

There may be demons there. I would prefer only people with magic volunteer to help; you can't rely on physical weapons or necessarily rely on outsmarting or outfighting what's in there without them. If you can help, give me something of yours to power with my magic so I can locate you. You need to take note of where you found the initial portal in Mount Weather and then stay with whoever you find inside the Fade until I can get to you and get you out again. I've already done it once, so I know how to go back and forth. I can stitch up the portals if I find them. It's not perfect, but it should keep people from falling into them until there's something more permanent to be done.

Sam, I could really use you right now, like right now. It's Dean. I think it's-- no, it is the Mark. He's slaughtering this mountain lion like it killed his best friend and I'm not sure he's hearing me. I need to know exactly where you are.

A lot of people will go to the movie, so we should put most of our focus around the mess hall tonight. The demon may be attracted to them. I'll be with that group.

I also want a couple of people watching the hospital. At least one person the demon's attacked is still there, and it may come back for seconds.
