Christmas had exploded in in Cillian's pod. He had a large tree setup in the center, covered in lights and ornaments and topped with a star. There was a full buffet, plus a bar stocked with spiked eggnog, mulled wine, and cider. He'd put together a gingerbread house station so that people could decorate pre-baked houses, complete with all kinds of candy, chocolate, and icing. All throughout the pod he had Christmas music playing and when he wasn't in conversation with someone he found himself singing along. It was perfect, and hopefully everyone enjoyed themselves, even if they'd rather be home with their families.

Who: Patrick and Eily
Where: a coffee shop

It felt as if it had been ages since he and Eily had talked. His cousin had been at his and Darcy’s pod during the robot attacks, but her attention had been on his sister. That was a good thing, since Darcy had been flipping out and Patrick had needed to be taking care of the robot situation. Despite the fact that there were fewer of them here than back home, he didn’t want to lose the family closeness they shared; he’d spent too many years away from everyone while he’d been in jail. So while he’d been at the Healthy Living Center, talking to someone about working at the gym, he’d messaged Eily to see if she was free to meet him for coffee.

The coffee shop looked like a retro version of Starbucks to him, to no one’s surprise, and he settled in to wait for his cousin.

Hey, remember we talked about dinner? You still interested? I was awake half of last night sure that something was terribly wrong until I wound up turning on the water to a drip just to get rid of the silence.

Who: Mazie, Haru, Eily, and others!
Where: Mazie's pod in Raven

Mazie fell straight out of bed at the first sound of the alarm. It wasn't graceful, but Mazie didn't do anything gracefully. Covering her ears with a pillow she grabbed off the bed, the blaring lights and sounds covered up her string of curse words as she stumbled straight to her computer. Hesitating, she finally abandoned the pillow in favor of some vigorous typing, trying to isolate and disarm the alarm.

It didn't work.

Fuming now, Mazie grabbed her headphones from the corner of her monitor and threw them on, the noise-canceling quality helping to deafen the alarm somewhat. She was going to find the source of this alarm and kill it even if she had to do it the old fashioned way. But as she went to leave her pod, she spotted robots. Three robots, smashing their metal robot arm things into her pod. "You're got to be fucking kidding me..."

She could see Gizmo sitting idly in the corner, so she knew MABEL hadn't somehow managed to take back all the headway she'd gained, but she didn't feel comfortable with the fact that these other robots were going bonkers. So, she decided it was time for a little Mazie vs. Evil Dead Robots action. Just, with less chainsaws.

With a heavy-duty wrench in one hand and a pillow-shield in the other, Mazie lifted her wrist communicator and tapped quickly into it to try a broadcast to the other members of her pod. "Wanna see me kick some robot ass?"

who: OPEN TO ALL
setting: Ethan's Pod - Puffin

Ethan had gone all out for the party, with the help of some all too friendly robots. One was manning a bar in his kitchen, pouring strong cocktails and beers, another was in charge of music. The whole pod was decorated in hanging exposed bulbs, golds and silvers, banners and bunting. It hardly looked like one of the pods that everyone lived in. There were signs stuck in the grass on the way in, with easy riddles for the password and guests expected to knock and give the password to whoever opened the door.
