My namesake just showed up in a blue onesie. Heard crying and went out to see what all the commotion was and I got mowed down by two other small humans screaming "Aunt Nat!!" at me. A breastfeeding Laura is here too. I wasn't sure I'd ever see this many Bartons all in one place again, but we're still missing one.

They didn't show up on Morag, but in the apartment. I'm guessing this has something to do with all the craziness going on around here? Let's hope they stick around.

Well, now that it seems like we're actually getting a stretch of quiet and I don't have to continually hide from aliens or fetch coffee for the people who can actually do something about it...

I've come to the conclusion that this place has absolutely no use for someone with my education and professional expertise. It seems the Law up here is a sort of loose and relative term, and one that not many people are all that fond of if what I've been able to overhear is any indication. So. That said, I thought this might be the best way to put some feelers out to the community to see what sort of things people need the most help with. Do keep in mind that, well, I'm blind. So if it involves me needing to be able to see or read anything -- Though I am really good with feelers by the way -- I'm probably not going to be your best bet.

Money's getting tight and this lawyer stuck in space needs to eat. Besides, I tried offering to be a dancer at Starlins, even told them I'd bring my own pole, but no one seemed to appreciate the joke.

I guess my poker face isn't so bad after all.

Thanks to a lot of help, we've made good progress on cleaning up the marketplace. If anyone else is looking for something to do right now, there are areas near housing and particularly the miners' barracks that could use some hands.

Pretty sure you know by now that there's been a little hubbub over in the kids' camp. I don't know how much any of you were able to piece together, but Francis thinks he broke up his team. Kid's taking it hard. I can't imagine the others are doing any better.
