How is everyone settling back in? Medical's back up and running (thanks, Doc) so as people start returning, if anything happens, we'll be ready to take it on.

Also, thanks to those of you who are bringing food back with you, and making special trips to bring back the food.

And for the people who helped transport the tribbles to new homes-- you know who you are. You're beautiful and we love you.

We could also use a little blood, so anyone who can donate, drop on by. We'll keep everything compartmentalized by who and where, it's just safer that way.

As far as I can tell this is the list of our group who are evacuating. We should make sure that when we go, everyone gets marked off and no one's left behind accidentally.

This list is opt out, not opt in, meaning not everyone on here has necessarily spoken up about their plans. Check whether you're there. Check whether your friends are there. Make sure you know how you're going to be traveling.

And talk to Elodin if you're evacuating and friends with Sam Wilson.

So did... anyone else wake up chained to a beautiful woman or.. was that just me?

I think it's the passports..

And I'm sorry again, Lady Sif, I swear I didn't mean to.

Well, this place can go jump into the Void. But at least now when you shout for a doctor, you've got better odds of getting a proper medical one instead of a mad time-traveling alien. Silver lining, that.

[Whoniverse/TARDIS-Mates]

Second verse, same as the first. A little bit louder and a little bit--

Anyway, the dramatic saga of coral TARDIS ownership continues. Though I suppose it's not so much owner as keeper. Pilot? Pet? Whatever it is, where are we at now in the line of succession?

Alright people, it's poker night. You all know how this works by now I'd assume but, if you're one of the new arrivals we've picked up, here's the long and short. My name is Adeleis Shepard and once upon a time I beat Rocket for the right to run the card games. We play cards weekly for units. Sometimes for good causes sometimes because we just like to play cards. Cheating and powers don't fly unless we've set up a special game ahead of time and, well, the general idea is to get drunk and have fun. If you're interested, go ahead and let me know and I'll make sure there's room for you at the table.

Secondarily. I know I've worked with some of you regarding pilot training and the RIV. I'd like to keep that up of course, but also my own ship has shown up. Unfortunately, she's shown up sans her crew save for a very helpful computer. That being said, as I have every intention of making sure the ship stays in good, working order (since he knows what we might need it for next), she's going to need people who know how to work Engineering, mechanics, computer systems...all things to some degree outside my pay grade and not at all what I'm about to foist on my lovely friends here just so we can gallivant around the galaxy or shoot things that maybe try and invade our home here. If you think you've got the qualifications and you're interested, let me know. We'll set up a walk through of the ship. If it seems like it'll work out, I've got the majority of the technical information (even if I don't understand some of it) available for you to look at. I can offer pilot training there as well, but don't expect the ship to be very nice to you. She was pretty partial to the last guy who sat in that chair.

Lastly, for the Technical and Medical People. As the Normandy has arrived and, near as I can tell, everything's up and running properly, I've got some services I'd like to open up to you. The ship, at least where I'm from, was pretty state of the art in all its bells and whistles. This, as it was originally designed to be a stealth, combat, and research vessel, includes a very well stocked Lab and Med-Bay, complete with a Medi-Gel dispenser (which I'm hoping maybe we can reverse engineer because it would save you guys lot of time and trouble) as well as a Dermal Regenerative Unit, kind of like the Cradle as I understand it, but only a little slower. I'm not sure how easy it would be to get these things out of here, but I do want you to know they're available to work with if you'd like to come look at them.

[ Cosmo, The Guardians, Bobbi Morse, and Other trainers at The Hovel ]

The Normandy did also come with a, surprisingly, well stocked armory. She must have come from right after II've gone ahead and had the ship lock it down for now, but I would be more than happy to open it up if you wanted to add some pieces to the local arms and armor we've got present. Most of the stuff is pretty standard fare in terms of firearms. There's a few more oddball tech pieces in here, and a few things that the general populace has absolutely zero need to get their hands on. If you'd like to come take a look, or have any questions or concerns about any of this, please don't hesitate to let me know.

[ End Filter ]

Shepard, Out.

Bob Ross. He's dead? And George Harrison? And other [...] people?

And I ought to google it on the website to have all the answers I could possibly ever have.

Well, London's still there. I'm not sure if it was cleaner or dirtier than I expected. Apparently when an economy has a major boom followed by a major recession it skews with your perspective, who knew?

And of course.

Theory: if someone was transformed into, well, a physical projection of data which could be transferred into a computer network, it's possible that their brainwaves could be permanently converted into digital form.

Completely and utterly ridiculous, but possible. Apparently.

[Filtered to friends of the Twelfth Doctor]

Well, it's been nearly a week, and we're still short one Time Lord. Clearly he does not want to be found, but as the days go by, I grow less concerned with what he wants and more worried about how he's faring.

Seeing as our resident sandshoe-wearing Doctor has taken ill again, I think our absent friend ought to be informed. The younger model has agreed to let me take his TARDIS out to track down the older one.

Anyone up for joining an intergalactic, time traveling search party? Captain Jack, I'm looking at you.

[Private to Rose]

I promised Handy I would dig up some games and entertainment for him before I left. Is there anything you need from the TARDIS? I'm hoping this will be a short trip and I'll be back with the Doctor in tow, but in case it isn't, I don't want you to be left in the lurch.

Not that I mind the cozy fit down in the barracks, but my uninformed guess is that these beds might not be made for Belters. Does anyone else find that they run on the smaller side for them?

As I'm sure most of you have noticed, the craziness that was happening the last few days has stopped. Let me try to do my best to explain.

Cosmo hired a couple of scientists to try and reverse engineer the passports so we could have more than six total. They kept running into problems during testing and building and eventually figured out it was due to a device that was installed into... basically the brain stem of the celestial we call home. Once the device was removed from the continuum cortex it allowed them to really figure out what the problems with their passport prototypes were, but it also seemed to have caused all of the craziness. We're not sure who installed the device or why it was there, but the effects of it's removal seem to have dissipated and we believe that we shouldn't have any further problems with it. That was the brain correcting itself, so to speak.

But really, the most important part of this post is that the passport prototypes have been tested and they work. Enough have been created to provide every displaced resident of Knowhere with their own passport. Expect those to be delivered to your living quarters tomorrow.

There are also a few nice new perks to these new passports. They can sustain travel for up to 7 days before passport sickness sets in. They have a separate button for quick travel back to the passport office on Knowhere. There is no need to contact us to change the travel point anymore, but you will still need to set your destination with our offices before leaving to anywhere else. The other button on the passport will not do anything unless it is first programmed with a navpoint.

Which bring me to another point. Seeing as how there is no need for a scheduler in the Passport Dispatch Center anymore, Cosmo has promoted me to Head of Passports and our office is hiring. We have three open spots for Passport Programmers and two spots open for Passport Engineers. If you'd like to apply for one of these positions, please contact me to set up an interview.

Hmm. What else? Oh, Cosmo seems to believe that these new and improved passports may be more like the ones he remembers from his own universe and they may be able to sustain time travel or moving between dimensions. This has NOT been tested yet, but technically we have the information in the Dispatch Center to program the passports to do these things. We're just not sure if it would work or potentially how dangerous something like that would be. It is as of yet completely untested.

All right. I think that's all the information I wanted to get out to you. If anyone has any other questions, please let me know. Again, the new passports will be delivered to you by the end of day tomorrow. We encourage you to wear them, they will also now be able to tie in to our comms system.

Just so everyone knows, I'm still here.

I was really busy all week with the guys and dealing with the fact that one of them had swapped bodies with my crush.

So a while back before this and the Reapers there was mention of Hypervodka, Captain Harkness. Is that still on the table?
