I haven't seen Cassie at work today.

Does anyone know if she's sick or do people go back to their own worlds at random here?

The captives have all been rescued from the Troyjans and Ba-Bani but without a proper deterrent, it is likely they will come back and do this again. Please share your opinions on what should be done here so that Quill will listen.

My suggestion is to take a battle to them they will not forget. Swift retribution will stop them from trying again and let everyone else who may be eyeing Knowhere that it is a bad idea to attack this place.

Thanks to the information provided by Rose (you are amazing, by the way!), I've come up with a plan to rescue Steve at least, and maybe find out where the others are being kept.

JUNE 9 - [CASSANDRA SANDSMARK] comes up with a brilliant plan to rescue [STEVE ROGERS, ROSE TYLER, TIM DRAKE & ORORO MUNROE]. They have just enough passports to send three people with an extra passport to where they are being held. The only problem is they don't know exactly where [TIM DRAKE & ORORO MUNROE] are being held on Ba-Bani. They decide to rescue [STEVE ROGERS] and see if he has any additional information that will help. [ALUCARD] volunteers for the job, is given a passport plus one more for [STEVE ROGERS] and disappears. [ALUCARD] reappears in the Troyjan cell where [STEVE ROGERS] is being held and quickly hands him a passport. They both get the fuck out of there. Back on Knowhere [STEVE ROGERS] reveals where he thinks the Ba-Bani are keeping their prisoners according to what he's heard. A new mission starts to formulate to save [TIM DRAKE & ORORO MUNROE]

Everyone make sure to sign in on Cosmo's post. We're still trying to suss out who's missing and who's still around. Once we have a pretty good idea of what we're dealing with in regards to number of missing we can put together a plan or not on how we're going to get them back. Because I promise you we are getting them back. We just need to get some rest, get ready and make an actual plan. Maybe you guys are better at that than we historically have been.

I don't think those guys are going to hurt anyone. They don't have any beef with anyone other than us. It's a hostage play to get us to turn ourselves in for the people they kidnapped. We've got a little bit of time. They haven't even made demands yet. Try not to panic. Get some rest. Get patched up.

If anyone needs her, Mantis will be providing her empath abilities for anyone who needs it, including getting to sleep.

Anyone else feel like the universe has been handing us an actual army over the past couple months? And they like us! Not a single person made an outcry for us to hand ourselves in and they defended us when those stupid Troyjans attacked. We've got to get whoever they kidnapped back. We can't let them get away with taking our people like that. Yeah, our people. I think the Guardians of the Galaxy just got about 50 people bigger.

I believe if any of the hostages are killed by the Troyjans or Ba-Bani, the humans will riot. It will be important for someone to keep them calm and inform them that a plan is being formulated and that no one will be hurt. Perhaps we should send the emp Mantis out to keep the humans emotionally sedated.

In a worst case scenario, if we are pressed for time, I would not be opposed to trading myself for some of the hostages. I imagine they will want to torture us for some time before they kill us and I cannot imagine they will do anything that I cannot handle.

The human Sam Wilson has spoken to me about wishing to be on call staff at the medical facility. He has training, though I do not know the specifics. Is there anything I should inform him of?

Remind me again never to complain about getting comfortable anywhere.

So. We've got an army outside the space head, and one that wants Cosmo to turn over the Guardians.probably outnumbered. Starting to get a case of Deja Vu all over again.

In case any of you thought I got my ass handed to me in the mines, surprise! I'm still here. Like a cockroach. Might be one or two miners who aren't. Bad idea to pull a gun on a guy like me, even a space gun.

Point is, I got the funds to set something up for any kids who come through and don't have anyone to look out for them. I'm setting up an account to keep the money in trust. A small percentage is going into investments to keep the fund at the current level or better. I'd like to say I'll always have the kids' backs, but I know better than to make promises I can't keep. The fund's got to be able to take care of itself without me.

Anyone who wants to contribute to the fund or help administer it, check in with me. I'll get you set up if you're the trustworthy sort. If not, I might take you out back and shoot you for trying to steal from kids.

I don't suppose anyone has recommendations for a place where you can use your wings in the open sky without attracting unwanted attention.

That's the kind of drama you put on when I'm busy making myself sick for science? I'm not angry. I'm just seriously bloody disappointed.

Since it appears there is no way to answer or reverse what is happening here, Peter suggests getting to know you all Star Lord says we should all just try to get along, though I do not understand where we are supposed to get along to if we are stuck here it seems we are going to have to make the most of the situation we are in. To those of you who went to Terra I have many questions for you, you call it Earth, may any ill effects you are feeling from the trip pass quickly. To the rest of you, do not cause trouble.

And to whoever has taken it upon themselves to set up a training area, your design is poor unless you are seeking to train novices. If there are those among you who are looking for training, I would offer but you are likely not a challenge I offer something more skilled. However, if you are not yet certain of your aptitude, I suggest you find a teacher more suited to your skill level. Otherwise you will just get hurt and that is something it would be better to avoid.
