The Constitution has passed, and now it's our turn to move forward with it. We're all in a group together, and I see a lot of faces that I wish I knew. Guess we'll have no choice but to get to know one another now.

We need one Representative and one Juror. Are there any volunteers?

Since a woman of my complexion can only spend so much time in direct sunlight with nothing but a tiny bit of gold fabric between her and the elements, I've spent much of the last two days sitting under an umbrella drafting the first rather meticulous designs for the proper start of Fight Club. And after a very interesting chat with our own Maria Hill, I've also decided to extend the parameters somewhat and include one-on-one and group combat training as well.

I've written out a form, which you'll be able to find posted next to my door [November, Room 320] along with a drop box for return submissions for all those who are interested in taking part. I'll go through all forms, sort and file, and have groups assigned within a week.

Because I've decided to take on training, I will be opening sign-up to those under the age of 18. For reference, the age ranges I'll be taking are:

13 and under, who must be accompanied by a guardian to at least the first session (and preferably all sessions), all of which will be one-on-one. Training Only.
14-17, who will be split into small groups or duos based on ability. Training Only.
18 and over, who will be sorted into medium or larger groups depending on interest and based on ability. Training or FC. Please state which in Q#10.

I realize this doesn't align precisely with the age ordinances outlined in the constitution, but it does align with what I'm used to teaching, and I feel that's more important in this event.

I'm not currently seeking or accepting any help. When I am, I will approach you myself. Though I would like to speak with at least one person with experience training powered individuals. But for now, I believe I have to go help Mr. Stark destroy some unwitting individuals at beach volleyball. So do enjoy.

I found a safe in Hux's room with a combination lock. I need volunteers to give me a hand.

I'll be the first to admit that my last thought was not so great and the one that came after that was great but it failed regardless but I had a lot of time to think today while I was staring at Maria's frankly damn impressive clue board and a strange idea hit me.

In the game CLUE, the board game, who are the suspects? It's not the bodies, it's the named characters - Miss Scarlett, Colonel Mustard, Mrs. White, Mr. Green (or Reverend Green in Cluedo), Mrs. Peacock, and Professor Plum. [EDIT] And now Dr. Orchid (or Dr. Pink in our case).

Plum has already been cleared, but it might not be a bad idea if no other suspects are being detained, for the principles to detain themselves for a night as well. Just to mark another dumbass theory off the board. Cause right now the hamster is still moving but I'm getting nowhere.

I don't think anyone should bite at someone bending over backwards to convince us that he's guilty. It's too stupid to be a bluff.

Besides, I found a piece of metal in the kitchens. I'm not sure what it is exactly, it looks like a tiny hubcap, but it doesn't look like any grill piece I could match, and it's made of a brighter metal than most of what is in there. If anyone wants to check it out, I'm in the ..restuarant I guess it was.

So I heard Zemo disappeared from the lobby, but I have another piece of evidence that has to do with Harley that I'm trying to identify so can't.

Does anyone want to look into him?

For those of you who are keeping a better list than I am - after a thorough search and walk-through of the third floor, I found a wrench, a small one like in a game of Clue, and some cigarette butts in an ashtray. And Ian Malcolm found a set of throwing daggers carved from vinyl records when he we searching the hotel too.

This whole thing is giving me a headache. And I don't usually get headaches.

We're not getting anywhere with baseless accusations. People shouldn't be detained unless there's hard, solid evidence. I think there's also a few other thing we should consider as well:

1. Whoever is doing this may not even know it. We don't know the limit of the abilities (scientific or otherwise) of these scientists. It's highly possible they could even have a different person behind each disappearance and the person doing it isn't aware.

2. We haven't seen any bodies or evidence anyone is actually being murdered, so it's possible that our people are being held somewhere in Lambeth. Maybe a few of us should start looking into that.

As we're getting used to our new surroundings, I would like to take a moment to locate the children. Rooms appear to have been assigned without regards to guardianship. It is important to check that they were placed appropriately, and if relocation may be required. If you are a child, roomed with a child, or currently unable to find your child- please respond to this post. Hopefully we'll get things sorted out quickly.

People of the Wittgenstein,

Hopefully many of you may remember the post that Sharon Carter (the elder) made in the aftermath of the Circus riot about our civic responsibilities. In the two weeks since we have been back at the compound, a small group of us have been stationed in the library, working on drafting a document assuring and defining our rights as citizens (not merely specimens) of this Wittgenstein collective.

We affirm, in brief: a right to assembly and self governance, a right to freedom from violence, discrimination or harassment, a right to freedom of speech, a right to property, and a right to freedom from degrading conditions, and an obligation to assuring a minimum standard of care and safety for all who are brought here. We maintain the sanctity of life for all specimens as our highest primary objective.

We propose a representative democracy comprised of a federation of "Districts" comprised of at least five people. This allows everyone's primary points of contact to be largely those with whom they would interact in any case, however, it also creates both a Wittgenstein Council and Jury comprised of elected representatives from each District which can address concerns that face the entire group, see to impartial, empathetic handling of specimen-on-specimen crime.

Finally, while at present we have the capacity to negotiate only amongst ourselves, it is our hope that success in this endeavor may give us some collective bargaining power with our scientists.

In any case, we have drafted a preliminary Constitution based on a variety of national Constitutions as well as drawing heavily from Prisoners' Rights theory, but it is only a preliminary document. We would like to open this up to all specimens for comment, suggestion, and revision in the interest of fairness and to capitalize on the assembled collective political expertise here.

I've made a list of things that would be more entertaining than sitting in the library with Hux all day reading about Earth philosophy while he works on his project.

It reads as follows:

1. Organize a fight club
   
2. Maintain semi-regular appointments with Lord Ren
   
3. Listen to Dir. Krennic wax on about "good old days"
   
4. Take up gardening
   
5. Make adjustments to horrendous wardrobe
   
6. Rewrite entire catalogue of conditioning techniques from memory
   
7. Properly organize this library
   
8. Follow Dameron around for an entire day just to make him paranoid
   
9. Invintory of all soldiers currently on site
   
10. Explore alternative methods of unarmed combat
    
11. Find every locked door in facility and make it unlocked
    
12. Assess current state of personal conditioning
    
13. Build a new gun

I know that I'm not allowed in that gym right now, but is there anyone out there who'd be up for maybe daily sparring or training? I'd feel strange if I don't keep my skills up.

I don't like seeing another countdown, especially because the last one involved a volcano, but I'll admit I'm almost slightly disappointed. As much as I would love a shower, we're finally getting halfway decent at our act, to the point where I was actually enjoying it.

How'd your being social homework go? And your other business?

We are all victims of this inhumane violation of our rights. None of us had any choice in this, and we will remember who is responsible for our captivity and the threats they hold over our heads. Whether you choose to play along or sit out is your choice. However the actions we take, the choices that we make here, are our responsibility. Violence and reckless destruction are not excusable, especially not when those you are harming are not our captors but each other.

We are among many individuals who have criminal histories- murderers and psychopaths. Because of our situation, we have viewed them as on our side in hopes they would cooperate for the good of the group. We do not want conflict, but now they have brought it to us through the horrific behavior displayed at the midway. I am highly disappointed.

Do we excuse these actions as allowable given the circumstances, or do we form a system to keep each other accountable?

Many of us come from different realities with different methods of governance, law, and justice. Or lack of. It is important that we recognize and respect this. We cannot impose any system upon the rest and call it fair unless we have majority support.

So I propose an open forum to discuss what rules we find necessary to put in place, what consequences are appropriate, and who we trust amongst us to uphold order. And if you feel differently, you are also welcome to express dissent.

We need to assess the damage and see how much we can fix and replace. What do we have in the way of extra materials?
