A time to spend some quality time with your kids, with a legitimate reason to let them skip school!

1. Here's a link to the Scenario page, if you need a reminder where your kids work, and a link to the Family doc for easy reference, if you're a new character and your career hasn't been chosen or they aren't listed yet, leave a comment under "questions" and I'll add them.

2. Communists who have been found out might still be listed, but they aren't going to work and can't take their kids. Found-out Communist children also can't attend work.

3. If kids want to shadow someone who isn't their parents, they can put in a request to go somewhere and someone who works at that job can take them on.

4. Post under the job headings, about who went where with what parent. Enjoy!

If there's one thing that has really brought us together as a community over the last couple of months, I'd have to say that in my opinion, it was betting on each other's demise during the Hunger Games.

So naturally, I thought it might be fun to really bring that concept into an old/new era by betting on which of our friends are Communists. Or as I like to call it, *~RedPool~*

As always, the odds are completely made up by me based on a variety of factors, including je ne sais quoi, hairstyle, Sorting Hat test results, which Game of Thrones character I think you look like, and the Naomi Wolf factor.

Considering we have figured out we all come from different times and worlds, and noting the cross-section of knowledge spread between us, there has been talk about what is coming at the end of the countdown.

Given the training, the pairing, and the information presented at the meeting, I think most of us have a vague idea on what to expect.

But like the specifics of the children's world we inhabited before, is there anyone who may think they actually fucking know what's coming?

Guess I should ask who is interested in being a representative here or a juror.

Back in Canada, I used to always vote for the Rhinoceros Party. I'm prepared to take this council bullshit about as seriously. So Wade, ya got my vote.

There is nothing that I love the way I love PB&J, it is known. But like all my loves, I am very particular. Cinnamon peanut butter, apple jam, and a little bit of honey. I haven't seen Gambit since before that last scenario. What happened? Do people just get sent back or is he somewhere else here?

Since a woman of my complexion can only spend so much time in direct sunlight with nothing but a tiny bit of gold fabric between her and the elements, I've spent much of the last two days sitting under an umbrella drafting the first rather meticulous designs for the proper start of Fight Club. And after a very interesting chat with our own Maria Hill, I've also decided to extend the parameters somewhat and include one-on-one and group combat training as well.

I've written out a form, which you'll be able to find posted next to my door [November, Room 320] along with a drop box for return submissions for all those who are interested in taking part. I'll go through all forms, sort and file, and have groups assigned within a week.

Because I've decided to take on training, I will be opening sign-up to those under the age of 18. For reference, the age ranges I'll be taking are:

13 and under, who must be accompanied by a guardian to at least the first session (and preferably all sessions), all of which will be one-on-one. Training Only.
14-17, who will be split into small groups or duos based on ability. Training Only.
18 and over, who will be sorted into medium or larger groups depending on interest and based on ability. Training or FC. Please state which in Q#10.

I realize this doesn't align precisely with the age ordinances outlined in the constitution, but it does align with what I'm used to teaching, and I feel that's more important in this event.

I'm not currently seeking or accepting any help. When I am, I will approach you myself. Though I would like to speak with at least one person with experience training powered individuals. But for now, I believe I have to go help Mr. Stark destroy some unwitting individuals at beach volleyball. So do enjoy.
