I still expect worksheets on temporal paradoxes in forging alliances and cross-temporal rivalries due as soon as everyone comes to their senses.

A time to spend some quality time with your kids, with a legitimate reason to let them skip school!

2. Communists who have been found out might still be listed, but they aren't going to work and can't take their kids. Found-out Communist children also can't attend work.

3. If kids want to shadow someone who isn't their parents, they can put in a request to go somewhere and someone who works at that job can take them on.

Suspension means you'll be back, right? Do you want your homework? Or need it? I don't know how this all works.

Having a human body comes with a lot of distinct disadvantages. My thought process is slower, my body is weaker and prone to injury and odd sensations of hunger, exhaustion, and restlessness. It is much harder to sleep than simply touching my temples to activate sleep mode. I find myself laying awake and thinking about things I rather forget. Feeling things that I cannot simply delete.

But I don't think I've ever felt as happy in a singular moment than when I first tried a chocolate milkshake today. There is nothing in this drink that is good for consumption, and despite knowing that, I drank it as quickly as I could even though the logical thing would be to savor the taste and the moment.

Unfortunately I experienced a rather unpleasant thing called brain freeze shortly after.

Apparently I'm going to be teaching you all about the wonders of living things. Meaning biology, if that wasn't obvious. You can call me Mr. Stamets or Paul. Frankly, I don't care.

I've never taught anyone younger than around twenty, and I never particularly wanted to. I would therefore highly appreciate it if you can all act like the young adults that you are rather than like children. I know rebellion is 'cool', but it's also a complete waste of everyone's time.

I'm also sure plenty of you are hoping that this will be a joke. Sorry, but if I'm being forced to teach, you are all going to learn. Might as well make something productive out of this ridiculous situation.

A few more things of note;

1. I will be ignoring anything in the textbook that is dated or otherwise faulty. Being misinformed is worse than being uninformed.

2. Do your work in pen. I don't want to deal with papers covered in chickenscratch that also smudges graphite all over my hands. No damn pencils. I'll tolerate pens because I didn't find a typewriter in my own house so I doubt the rest of you have access to one.

3. We will not be wasting time on pointless endeavors like making candy models to demonstrate the structural differences between animal and plant cells. If you want to make one for yourself, be my guest, but you sure as heck aren't going to be getting credit from me for it.

4. Constructive complaints are welcome, but unnecessary whining will be entirely disregarded.

Deal with all of that and we should get along just fine.

I ain't sure about the rest of ya but I'm real tired of having part of me cut off without my consent. I reckon people don't seem to realize its akin to losing your sight or a limb even when our abilities suddenly ain't there anymore. I think we need an amendment that guarantees us our right to having them.
