Is there anyone here trained in First Aide? I was a trained Field Nurse about a decade ago but I've had very little need of it since then. I would like to ensure my skills are up to scratch.

Tomorrow marks the beginning of the trials for those who participated against their will in the Wittgenstein sanctioned "Hunger Games." We all lost friends, loved ones, soldiers and family to the senselessness of this scenario. Now, we're left to navigate those feelings of loss and unfairness. We're left contemplating what justice means, and how we're going to obtain it.

In the United States, our military holds its own trials because of the circumstances of combat, of life and death, and what is acceptable under those circumstances is unique. I believe that we cannot look at the crimes of the accused without a similar context, we cannot decide based only on what we saw in the broadcasts on the guilt or innocence of anyone. When laws are considered absolute, there is no justice. So many of us here have lives which are exercises in exceptions -- there are plenty of people here who have done objectively terrible things for the right reasons. There are some of us here who've done things we aren't proud of because it ensured the survival of ourselves or the people that we care about. All of that is worth taking into consideration.

You'd think they'd have a little more sympathy for the people they put in those games. Instead, there's just urns in the chapel, labeled with numbers. They didn't even dignify them with their names. It's disgusting.

Hello everyone. I'm Dr. Ravi Chakrabarti. I'm in Echo. Squad 9.

It's clear that everyone here is having a difficult time dealing with the events of the past few weeks, no matter their level of involvement. What I would like to do is organize a mental wellness plan for those who would like the support, but especially for those who were returned to us. In all this talk of prosecution, I think what's been neglected is that they're victims as well.

Is there anyone among us with any kind of psychology background who would be willing to volunteer their time?

I suppose I should introduce myself? I'm Luke Skywalker, I've only just recently arrived. Someone mentioned Leia and Han were here?

Does anyone want any last minute in the field medical training? I've done a lot of doctoring when you don't really have all of the equipment you need.

I swear there will be no snake charming.

I've been trying to work out all day whether this is heaven or hell. I'm still undecided, by the way. If it's heaven, why aren't Bri and Julie and Mom and Dad here and if it's hell - well, I deserve it.

I haven't been spending nearly as much time in these training seminars as maybe I ought to, but I've handled myself in enough situations on enough planets that unless there's something new worth learning, I figure I'll either keep going or my luck will run out.

At this point, the only survival training that might be real useful is parenting classes.

If I'm remembering correctly, we hadn't quite settled on our representative to the council and our juror yet. May I put forth myself and Leia for the positions, juror and council respectively. I realize that it might be something to question, a father and daughter in the positions, however Leia and I have a long history of working together like this successfully.

With the constitution passing, I thought it prudent to reach out to you all since we've been assigned as one group. We need to elect one Council member and one Juror. If you are interested please do let us know.
