It is the Aim of the Wittgenstein Institution to study human nature and society building, while of this may include conflict and competition we tend to prefer metaphor to outright slaughter. However, as scientists, we are obligated to respond to the data we are given.

In response to heightened public anticipation and interest, we have suspended SCEN052478 - Bring Me the Disco King in favor of a straightforward scenario based on world 627PAN - The Hunger Games with some alterations for our organization and protections for minors.

The video then diverges.

Specimens at the compound get a video about the basic rules of the Hunger Games:

• 26 enter, 1 will leave.
• Individual squads can sponsor their tributes, sending them food, medical items, etc which they can earn money for by participation in events at the compound in their scenario specific clothing.
• Only squad council representatives and jurors can send sponsor gifts
• While they are not being punished for any mythic rebellion, many did play a role in the hysteria that led to this scenario. They owe it to their compatriots to watch and consider the impact of mass hysteria on social order in the future.

Specimens to go to the arena will receive a rundown of how the arena will work focusing in on:

• the mechanics of the Cornucopia (don't leave your plate before the timer goes off (with an audible ding) or you'll explode.).
• Your squads will be watching and hopefully cheering for you.
• This is the Hunger Games. You will not leave until only one tribute is left standing.

[It takes about 15 minutes, then network access is restored for the Wittgenstein compound only.]

I assume you've all noticed the new additions to the compound, if not I would suggest exploring today. However, I am to talk specifically about two additions.

On the ground floor, we have a series of classrooms which Ms. Frost has commented on. The primary use for these will be mandatory schooling for specimens under the age of 18. Classes will cover a variety of core subjects and electives and take place between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. These classes will be taught by certified teachers and young professionals specializing in primary education. Attendance is mandatory.

Outside of these hours, these classrooms can be used for courses offered on request.

Additionally, it was requested that we provide specimens here with survival training to provide you with skills necessary for scenarios that may be unfamiliar. As such, we have transformed the west annex across the complex into a training facility and recruited experts in a variety of wilderness and urban survival-related fields to assist. Starting tomorrow, this will be available for optional use between 10 am and 7 pm Monday through Saturday.

Is there anyone experienced in mechanics? I could use some lessons if I wish to participate fully during this time. I have managed to develop some skills so far but there is still a lot that I don't know.

Is it possible for me to have a pair of pants? If I'm going to be moving around fixing things I think it might be easier to have some than this current outfit.

I've never met you, but I know I'm in your block. I've been struggling with my hunger. I came to the first world with a few weeks until I needed a new brain. I could eat real food then, I was human. Then we went to the next world, and I was back to being a zombie and now it's been those few weeks.

These nightmares are only making it worse. I wake up, having to calm my adrenaline so I don't go zombie on everyone. I don't want to hurt anyone, and I don't want to lose my mind either. I don't suppose there's some way you could help me out? There's so many innocent people here.

Look, I can't deal with my outfit. I gotta lug stuff around and I can't do it in this skirt. Plus, I used to wear purple when I was a superhero. Someone trade me clothes.

I have one (1) unsmashed cupcake from the picnic I've been saving. It's yours. The only catch is it's the women's set of clothing because I happen to be one of those.

Will I be able to watch the rest of the Handmaid's Tale here? Because I really want to see what Hulu does with the ending.

Also do I get an outfit or do I just keep wearing this one?
