You know, I've been thinking a lot lately about people from home I miss, and what they might say, how they might react. I have a s this one friend, Kurt - he's adorably optimistic and friendly. I wish he was here.

Anyway, since I've been thinking about friends, I'm sure others are, too. So I'd like to propose we have a bonfire on the beach tonight, since it's our last night before that clock runs out, and share some stories about friends and loved ones. Give us all a chance to just relax and talk.

How important is the separation of church and state to all of you?

With all the - for lack of a better word - chaos that has been going on the last week, I've been regretfully tardy in getting the forms sorted for training, but perhaps there's some silver lining in that, since I've had to throw out two of the forms already and we've had quite a few more people arrive since I first announced my intentions.

For those of you who are new, please refer to my last post on the topic of training for the teens and young adults, and adults, and the sports combat for the adults. I'm going to leave the sign-up sheets where they are, so if anyone missed the date previously, you can still get in and I will add you to the proper roster.

Alex Danvers has kindly offered to help with training for powered individuals, and with the group sizes what they are at present, I think the two of us should be able to handle it, but I will be in contact with others should we need more hands.

I've been meaning to ask you how you intended to vote in this constitutional matter, but I thought it best to wait until the final product was produced. They didn't give us much time to review, did they? But I suppose it's almost unnecessary, in my case. As always, I follow your lead instinctively.

The lanterns in the ceilings can be changed with a small lever in the walls from several yards away. Ser Audrey informs me that they are connected with wires. It was an embarrassing moment, he caught me trying to set one out by blowing. This device called network does not have wires, nor does it appear to be some magical ink as I first guessed. I dropped it in surprise when the messages first appeared, but this glass is very strong and did not shatter.

Nobody else thinks this is unusual.

In my confusion in the matters, I forgot to inquire. What year are you from? Have you heard word of what year it is now?

So here's the thing. I totally spent all of my MOOLAH from the Clue thing on sewing supplies. No fabric, because there's a lot of things we're never going to use anymore from other scenarios or experiments or whatever we're going to call them!

Anyway, my whole point is that I can do alterations! If they're necessary. And I can make something new out of what you've already got. So if anyone wants to donate old clothing/fabric, I'll keep a list of the fabric, how much, and who donated it so we can make sure that everyone can get what they need done.

I've been ITCHING to have more OPTIONS so if you don't want your clothes, I will HAPPILY take them.

I'd like to formally apologize for my behavior yesterday. It happens every full moon, and it has since last Halloween. If anyone is missing shoes, I'm more than willing to go down to the beach with you and try and remember where I buried them.

It has become more than apparent to me in my last 24 hours here that I'm not actually dreaming I'm not just out of my element, I'm also apparently several centuries outside my own time.

That being said, I could use some help.

Thankfully the automatic latrines were easy to figure out, but I still don't trust them.

I assume the mechanical waterfall is for bathing? Where is the soda? A place to make soap?

These boots are ....difficult. Why is the heel so bulky? Why does the other pair have bodice strings but no ankle support? And these clothes wouldn't last a single fall down a wooded ravine.

And the lace...things? What is the purpose of the wire pieces sewn into the fabric? Are they weapons? How do I remove them?
