So hopefully those who are new have been more or less caught up to speed over the past 48 hours. But we should all check in to verify who is still here, and who's new. New people can ask what questions they still have.

 Specimens will wake up this evening to to find themselves in group wards containing liquid filled pod. They will be wearing a silver bodysuit. The rooms are stark, though water and nutrient packets are provided in a basket along the one of the windowless walls. Each pod is marked with a two digit number and can be opened from the inside (allowing them to get out). They will have no network access and will not be able to leave these rooms though there does appear to be a sealed door on one end. Ward 1 (pods 01 - 08) : Logan, Bruce Wayne (EU), Rey, Marian Pouncy, Rogue (616), Eleanor Shellstrop, Janet, Will Robinson OOC Notes: If you are you are resetting characters from year one, this is when that is happening. Characters may thread / interact only with those in their rooms for now. EMPTY slots will be filled with apps that come in before this plot is over. |

I would like to see something for my own interest. I've spoken to some of the other council members about the idea of reducing the number of squads, and allowing for two representatives from each of the reduced squads to serve on the council, due to the fact so many in our ranks have recently disappeared.
Changing squads totals and organisations would require constitutional amendments, and this post is not for those arguments. Instead, I just want to see:
Find your name on the list and put yourself into one of these six squads. If you had complete control, who would you want to be with? You can discuss it in this post, if there are logistics to work out, but I want to see what everyone would want, had they the choice.

The lady that was my wife is gone and now we're up against zombies. I have heard stories of their existence in the more Southern regions of America, but I have yet to see them for myself. Until now. It is a curious situation. If I had my suitcase, I might have a better understanding of these creatures or at least a better idea of how to guard against them. Not that Potions work without powers, but... I dislike this distinct feeling of not knowing what to do.
