I'll be in the meditation room until the timer runs out if anyone needs, or simply wants, company. There's hot tea and soft, calm noise. If anyone would like me to lead in guided meditation, I can, or any of the others skilled in that area are welcome to come and lead. Or we can simply sit and have some quiet company and conversation in a still place.

WHAT: Tasha wakes up in her new block and then goes to find Clint.
TRIGGERS: Natasha's version of PTSD which is more like shutting down.
