It's been a few months since I've asked about team training sessions. I've been put off the thought but I would like to try again.

As things have changed, I just wanted to ask again who would have an interest in a group combat training session? Besides, would anyone know a good training place?

Anyway, my real point is that I noticed the lack of a proper security team. I was part of a Junior Security Club and we learned a lot about how things were organised in my time. That said I'm very willing to help out, keep a database, get structures up.

I haven't seen a single security warning so far and they were always very helpful. I would like to implement them again. Tommy already agreed to help and his Dad is in to to help tracking the critters. I know Tom Senior is doing that in the future so I'm sure he will do a great job. So I'm going to start this project. Is anyone willing to help?

I don't know how much I drank last night. And I don't know if I sang or not (I don't think I want to know that one). I also don't know where my cane is. So, if anyone has seen it, I'd appreciate a heads up.

Karaoke night!

It's going to be Tuesday aka tomorrow evening. Everyone should come! It'll be at the thermal pools, the ones Micha fixed up. They're here address.

I'll get there in the afternoon to set up the karaoke equipment, and make sure everything's okay. I'm bringing some snack and drinks. If anyone else can bring more, it'll be really appreciated.

Did I see someone mention something about a sword in a stone? I think it was a while ago. I definitely prefer books to this.

Surfing was amazing this afternoon. I feel like doing a bonfire, roast some hot dogs, do S'mores, sing songs and just laugh. I could use a fun night on the beach.

I've been writing a lot since I'm still recovering. I think I'm making some progress, but the sad things in wanting to write out are making me numb and sad. I miss the two guys in my life that just left me. I want Christian to know his children...although this is like a therapy session, I miss my old life.

Okay, where is the meeting place of "bloggers anonymous"? Everything is creepily quiet here. Even no "look how utterly adorable my kid is with a spoon in his nose"-posts. I am disappointed in you kid's bloggers! Sookie, where is your regular pie update? Where are the beach party invites? Are people still alive out there or have you all been eaten by sharks?

Is anyone else bugged that there is currently no door open? We are completely locked in. It makes me feel a touch claustrophobic. I like being able to leave even though it's fake. It enables me to pretend that I have a choice, at least for a little while.

Anyone out there who wants to chat and is still awake?

Question! Would anyone be interested in camping out at the Weyr sometime soon? I figured now that we can all get outside without a blizzard being dumped on our heads, it might be a cool thing to do.

I've got plenty of firewood up here, so we can have a bonfire/barbecue at night, and there's more than enough space for everyone on the island to stay here. It's all heated, and there's hot water, and there's the big pool that Banshee keeps throwing me into if anyone wanted a swim. There's even a pretty big kitchen if anyone wanted to cook inside.

As someone who has lived through both world wars as I believe a few of us have, while I appreciate the desire to celebrate life, I'm asking that we observe the two minute silence at 11am on November 11th, as we would in the UK, to remember the fallen.

Anyone who would like a poppy, I am happy to provide.

The U.S. Marine Corps usually celebrates its birthday by having balls/parties as close to 10 November as possible. Since as far as I know the only members of the Corps on the Island are my uncle Jake and myself I thought we could hold a 'joint' celebration of everyone's respective service. There'd be food, cake, dancing, all the normal stuff. I was thinking we'd have it on November 7th.
