I did not get a single goddamn bit of sleep last night.

[REBELS]
I know recent news has changed a lot of things, but despite that, we still need to stick together in order to maintain our supply of resources. The last two days, I've been scouting the area on my own and I've got some good leads but I know better than to go in by myself.

Rey has already offered to go with me, but I'd at least like a third or to put together teams of two to go out with me in subsequent days. If anyone's up for digging through rubble and abandoned buildings and potentially fighting off less than savory sorts, let me know.

[Kylo Ren]
Your Lieutenant is loud. And vocal. And swears a considerable amount more than I'd have expected. But damn those legs.

Did you know she and Director Krennic were..?

It's sort of incredible what a few days of quality sleep and decent meals can do to put a man's head right again. I'm not sure I even realized how exhausted I was, but it was one thing to the next to the next with no time to pause in-between. Running on fumes.

Reminds me of the old days of long-haul jobs when autonav was still unreliable as shit and you had to either have a droid to work the controls or sit at the panel for five days straight and watch for errant debris fields yourself. Slamming out of hyperdrive into an asteroid field that was absolutely not there the last time you ran this route is disorienting on a good day, but it's nightmarish on day four of sleep deprivation when you're not even entirely certain it's real anymore.

And that's reason #216 why you hire Wookies.

[Carol Danvers]
I saw your posting. I'm on my way back up to the compound now - you want me to bring you anything? I thought maybe we could take a look around this place together if you were up for it. Either way, I'm going to scope it out and get the lay of the land a bit, but it couldn't hurt to have my copilot.

[Kylo Ren]
I've been working on those meditation exercises while I've been out here. Wouldn't you know it, but it's not actually that hard for me to think of absolutely nothing. Go on, make your jokes, I'll give you time.

I still don't get how I failed my thing, when I didn't even get a goal. It was just a bunch of words of warning that made no sense.

Anyone else just get a vague sense of foreboding instead of an actual goal for that one? Not that I want a bunch of candy, or like a unicorn to come and murder me but it's the principle of the thing.

Just in case anyone else is getting any fucking sleep on this thing, which I doubt, I thought this might be the more polite way to go about this.

I wasn't here the last time this moved and I haven't really been around much this week either so I don't think any of us have really been introduced but my boss said I should my names' Amos, I'm a fusion engineer and a spaceship mechanic. I'm from Baltimore in the year 2330-something. I figure an exact date is irrelevant what with it being a different universe and all.

It's nice to be sharing a cramped train car with you folks who don't snore like my last roommate did. But, you know, she had a good snore. It didn't bother me. I could sleep right through it. I just worry a bit cause I think she had a deviated septum and that's one of those things you ought to get looked at because breathing problems in space are a big deal.

Right.

[Bruce Banner (616), Sharon Carter (616), Carol Danvers (616), Clint Barton (616), Natasha Romanoff (616), Hank McCoy (616), Tony Bucky Barnes (616), Logan, ... Tony Stark (616), Helmut Zemo (MCU)]
You know, I was hoping it wouldn't come to this. I was hoping that common sense, decency, and respect for each other would win the day over the need for some form of established governance, but here we are.

I'm reaching out to all of you to discuss an idea I had with Sharon, and because I trust each and every one of you and think that if something is going to happen here, it needs to begin with us. I want to open this discussion up to all the other Facility residents, regardless of their background, their universe or their personality, but I want to make sure that we're all united in what we want to propose before we move forward.

We need a constitution. We need to understand that the scientists might not respect it, but if we are united in our position, they'll have no choice but accept it. It is a constitution that needs to be inclusive, needs to be understanding and accommodating for the different people we have their, and their own political allegiances and beliefs. Most importantly, it needs to outline what isn't acceptable behaviour, and the consequences.

Hank. I want you to take point on that. Talk to Sharon, she's already put out a lot of feelers with people, and both of you should consult with Zemo. I know his name and his position in our world might make him difficult to trust, but this man is different and he has experience in building and maintaining governments in conflict. His input on this is valuable.

We need governance and law. At this point, I don't think smart or possible to assume that a central government will happen. I propose we allow people to form their own groups, regardless of their blocks, and choose a leader among themselves. These groups will be responsible for enforcing a constitution we all agree to. When something cannot be resolved, or for major issues or offences, these groups can serve as defence and counsel for their own members against a constructed jury made up of other groups. Tony, I want to work out further details about that with you.

So let's talk, Avengers. Let's build something we're all proud of, and put our best and strongest foot forward.

Okay, you two.

With a Chambord bottle, a fractionating column made out of some cork, oyster shells and the neck off a wine bottle -- a couple straws and a few ice cubes, I've build a closed system distillation unit.

So I can burn off the alcohol from the cocktails. It's not very fast --which is why I'm not telling everyone -- but it's better than lake water.

This is completely ridiculous, but I suppose anything is better than the alternative. It's not but...

Now, someone point me in the direction of the alcohol and for the love of Lady Luck please let there be a cigarra around here somewhere. Just one, that's all I ask.
