The darkness makes it a little hard to see, but there're so many animals out here.

I haven't even seen half of them before now. And I'd take a picture, but as earlier stated the darkness makes it too hard to really do anything visually.

I'm glad I can feel the Force again.

I feel the Dark Side very strongly now, though, from the one I talked to before. For now, I'll still keep my disance, but it does sadden me.

Those from the other world...the ones who are other versions of my family...there's a familiarity, but it feels off. Leia has that feeling, and so does the Dark Side presence I feel. It fascinates me.

These clothes are a little strange, but they'll do.

I can feel again. It's bright and sunny but I can feel the Dark again. Why did I ever have doubts? This is glorious. This is me.

I didn't think that the Empire had resorted to such tactics regarding human experimentation. However, I'm also told this is not the Empire's doing and is something else entirely, something more inexplicable. I find that even harder to believe.

Do any of us know where we are?

Back home, there were creatures used for that. I wonder what the cause is here. But it makes sense. Whoever brought us here wants to better control us.

Now that our numbers are about to swell, I'd like to reiterate the general goals of this camp: that it remain peaceful, that everyone gets what they need, and that everyone pitches in.

To those ends, please let me know if you're incoming with any special needs, like injuries, children, or dietary restrictions.

I would also welcome volunteers for foraging, fishing, hunting, night watch (internal and external), bandage-changing, water boiling, and for Malcolm's entertainment committee.

I took down a wild boar just now, so we're having pork and grapes for dinner, with coffee afterward. How's that for a welcome?
