Well I don't know about you but I'm gettin' kinda sick of the scientists trying to set me up. I think we need to figure out some ground rules for, uh, whatever this is supposed to be.

Okay. I can appreciate the importance of experimentation. I can even see bending the rules of the Federation by using sentient species. Sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures. I get that.

This does not mean I'm okay with this. I had a ship that was relying on me and more importantly, I had plans. I was not looking for an impromptu vacation.

Could someone please tell me where I can register some righteously indignant complaints? The woman who 'explained' my situation wasn't exactly a wealth of information.

I wonder what Slick would think of So is it always like this? Feels a bit quiet There's no alien invasions? I'm waiting for something to change. Not sure I know what that is or that I want it to, but I'm also not sure I'm used to this.

Whoever this really is, I can assure you that this kidnapping plot is a grave miscalculation.

I don't know if the Resistance has offered you something in exchange for my capture, but whatever it is, they don't have it. And if this is an alliance, it's a foolish one. The First Order will come for me, and they are not known to be forgiving.

So hi everyone, I'm Barbara Gordon. Babs, really, since my mom's name was Barbara too and it just feels so old.

I am a regular human woman - I mean, I have skillz of course but nothing meta or super powered about me at all. I know a lot of supers though - at least from my universe / timeline / reality / whatever we're calling it.

Anyway, I just want to say that I think it's pretty cool that this whole topic is even being brought up and voted on. You know, out in the open like this. Because what I'm used to is knowing someone by their superhero identity, right? Like, Superman is Superman, not Clark Kent whoever he is without the suit and the cape and that annoying curl or whatever.

But here, everyone (all right maybe not everyone but a lot of people) aren't even trying to hide it. And I think that's fucking awesome.

OK! Carol and I think we should do a pajama party with the pajama's that we all got for Christmas!

What does everyone do for the New Year on their planets?

I remember New Year Fete Week on Coruscant. We didn't really get to do much celebrating in the First Order, but I heard stories about the festivals and the light shows.

So either my brain's fried in the wrong way and this is some unfortunate side effect of a poor decision to trust a man that responds to slick or this is real and things make about as much sense as they did when I started.

I've learned a lot about this holiday called Christmas, but it seems a sad time to be alone. Many of us don't have the advantage of being here with all our loved ones. I want to use my money to buy gifts for those who don't have anyone. We don't have to quietly watch everyone else celebrate.

i let the animals out the night of the ball, because i thought they’d attack the scientists and then we could get away. i stole amos’ wire-cutters and talked river into coming with me to watch out.

Pretty sure pink camouflage doesn't really help with the whole blending into your surroundings idea. But I do appreciate the warmth, also the pencils.

Work's been busy recently. I hope to have some time to relax soon. I suppose it's too much to hope people will stop breaking the rules. Alas.

Hi, everyone. My name's Michael. I'm usually on the other side of this sort of thing, so you'll have to forgive me - I'm still getting my bearings. And it's such fun - when you're an immortal, all-powerful custodian of the afterlife, you don't run across the new and unfamiliar every day, so this is just - it's really neat. I'm really looking forward to spending time with humans, as a human, just ... sleeping in bunk beds, standing in lines, abiding by the laws of time, the whole thing. It'll be like a sleepover. And I know it'll be absolutely invaluable for my work back home.

Which I'd love to get back to, but - they can spare me for a century or three. I've got some vacation stored up. Gosh, I can't wait to just ... hang. That's what you guys like to do, right? Hang? Elbows, knees, ankles? Tell me everything. Let's have a really excellent time together.
