[HOTEL BLOCK]
Remiss as I am to incur the wrath of our ever-so-humble block leader, any student of history knows that the only way to combat authoritarian rule is not to bend to that rule for fear of punishment, but to continue to unflinchingly stand in opposition to that threat.
As such, I suggest that as a whole we refuse to attend this punishment tomorrow. And as a whole, we find somewhere else to be. We don't have to socialize, we don't even have to look at each other; the important part is that we stand together as a united front and show that we're not ones to be cowed. If he escalates - which, in my experience, authority often does - then so do we.

Fellow residents,
The resistance you have all displayed against the horrific circumstances has been inspiring, it has brought us together as we have witnessed the brutal and unfair loss of our friends and our loved ones. We have witnessed those we support and hold dear to us commit acts that we cannot condone, yet we still wish for their safe return. We have allowed this to go on far too long, allowing ourselves to feel hopeless and powerless against the whims of the scientists that hold us here. We must remember that our actions and reactions are what they are studying, and we have failed to react appropriately.
Fighting back is what we should have done since the beginning. There is no one exact way to fight back against oppression or make our voices heard, and I'm afraid I got caught up trying to find the perfect solution that I allowed myself to slip into inaction. The importance is delivering a loud, unified message. Those who have participated in the acts of defiance cannot be alone in delivering this message, we must all do our part and express our outrage in numbers. This is not a fringe movement, those who have acted out are not extremists. Our strength is when we act and speak together as one.
Tonight there is a viewing party. Captain Rogers had previously requested that we do not participate in such events. I ask you to disregard that, because tonight we will instead use the opportunity to hold a meeting and put into vote a law that will call for the scientists to cease and desist of this experiment, and any future ones like it. We are looking for a 2/3 majority vote, which will be difficult to meet without the attendance of Hotel.
Please attend. Please vote and make your opinion heard.
