The first 5 floors of Stark Tower are available for living quarters and do not require special access. Anything above the 5th floor does require special access and is off limits unless specifically invited by Mr. Stark or Miss Applejack.

If you would prefer to move into the building, please inform me and I will pass the world along to Mr. Stark.

I'm not going to pretend to know exactly what was said but I know my little sister and I'm guessing it wasn't nice. So instead of causing problems and having the mess of a big celebration, Lucy and I went and got married last night.

So it's a done deal, nothing to worry about.
