We’ve gotten a lot of departures and new arrivals, so I wanna tighten up what our plans are in case the boat is attacked. Any non-combatants need to make their way to the school, on foot or via the portals that are set up. We’ll have people defending that area as well as other areas on the ship.

If’n ya be a combatant if'n the ship does get attacked, post here and let me know which deck ya wanna help out on. For the record? 'Learn some of Merlin's magic (though not from Merlin himself)' from the brochure is a scam. They won't teach you any real magic. All they do is tell tales of what Merlin did. I wouldn't say it was a complete waste of time, but I was disappointed.

Also? The Lady of the Lake is nothing like the tales. She's a siren who'll entice you with her powers of illusion and then try to drown you. Water plants come forward and ensnare you so you can't swim to the surface. I learned this the hard way. The only way I managed to escape my death was that my Cloak saved me.

This morning, I was on my way to check out the Sword in the Stone, when an old woman came up to me and handed me one of these magic beans. Does anybody want to accompany me on an adventure?

I definitely remember already doing the quarantine thing, but I know for a fact that we were not on a ship before. What the hell did I miss?

How do Earthlings have multiple meanings for the word "date"? That is just asking for a number of misinterpretations during communication. When does it mean a gathering for an activity and when does it mean a romantic outing?

Um so Gwen the spider one is in the hospital because she got hit really hard and she has minor spinal fractures but those will be okay she just has to wear a brace for a while and also when she hit her head it damaged her occipital lobe which means she can't see very well and they told her she had a concussion and they would do more tests later and gave her more drugs so she went back to sleep but they were lying, they already know it probably won't get better.

I really want to be surprised by this, but I don't even know how to begin to be surprised right now.

Who wants to take bets on how many battles we're going to end up fighting before we get back to Tumbleweed?

I think we've been all noticing something off the past few days, but there's been an increased Atlantean military presence along the coastline since yesterday.

I've talked to a few of them and I'm getting some standard bullshit like "Military training exercises" and that there's nothing to worry about, but I'm officially calling it: I'm concerned and we need to get our ducks in a row.

I just found out that Mordecai and Dash were both taken back home. I got to know them well, working on the play together, and they'll be missed.

Mordecai taught us everything we need to know for our dance numbers, all we have to do is continue with what we've learned. Fortunately, I did a video recording of the choreography, so if we need a reference, we can watch that.

As for Scrooge's nephew, Fred, I'll be picking that up that role. Costumers, we'll just need to alter what was sewn for Mordecai, and add a spot for my tail in the trousers.

Stitch, I'm counting on you, buddy. I need you to play Tiny Tim in addition to the boy in the street. Do you think you can remember his lines? Opening night is only 13 days away.

Since we've done Thanksgiving and it's almost December it's about time to bring back Secret Santa, I think. We did it last year but for the new people who don't know, December 25 is Christmas which is usually celebrating by gift giving. The patron saint of the holiday is St Nicholas aka Santa Claus, who brings gifts for children. (Spoilers: those presents are actually bought by their parents.) A Secret Santa is a gift exchange where everyone who participates gets the name of one other person and anonymously buys that person a present. So everyone gets one, but they don't know who it's from unless that person chooses to tell them. It's fun and a lot of workplaces or families do it to cut down on everyone having to buy presents for everyone else and spending all their money.

If you want to play, leave a comment or email me [ooc:you can just send me a list of characters if you don't want to comment for everyone]. On December 3 (next Monday) I'll do the assignments and tell you who you're buying for. Get your present to me by 5.30pm December 19 (a Wednesday) and I'll deliver them all.

If anyone disappears before the 19th, I'll jump in to make sure no one misses out, and in case I disappear I'll leave the list with a couple other people so they can handle it. If we get taken to another universe... I've got no fix for that, so let's hope we don't.

Now that the Gremlin/Mogwai issue has been resolved, I thought maybe this Friday would be a good day to have my birthday party. Unless there's some big event that I'm missing, and then I can always push it to Saturday. Just in case, plan on Friday!

On Friday, I commented on a young lady's network post and heartlessly called her an 'idiot'. I sincerely apologize for my action. I allowed my temper to get the better of me, and promise to be more vigilant about what I write.

However, I stand by my concern for the Displaced underage youth. I understand they are required to have guardians when they arrive. How much supervision are they given? Tumblewood is turbulent and dangerous, and while I understand some of the youth have powers and may even be able to defend themselves, they are still children.
