This was the first time I have ever gone to a space mall!

And I know that sounds a bit silly considering I have spent most of my life in space, but 10,000 years of it was in stasis on my ship anyway. And it's supposedly, not a place that princesses are supposed to go, so the last time we had a chance, my father's advisor had told me to stay back on the ship.

I wish I had had the opportunity to get some of what I would have liked because I was having trouble with my account. Has anyone else felt like they had money to spend and then in the next day, there was nothing? I hadn't even spent too much to even begin with. At least I don't think so, unless meals are far more expensive than I thought.

I'm also a little disappointed there were no cows in this mall.

If Shiro had still been here, we would have been having a small celebration for him and probably bringing out a cake that says "Happy 7th birthday". He always grumbled about it, but I am sure he didn't entirely hate us teasing him for his leap year birthday.

Meanwhile, I'm relieved that the curse has been lifted and people no longer think everything out of my mouth is a lie. The mice are back as well, and thankfully, they were never taken, but just had a vacation of their own outside of the castle. What they have been up to, I couldn't tell you, but supposedly, they have befriended more pets around town than they had before.

I have warned the mice about going out and about recently, and they scoffed at what I said. Actually scoffed. Said they didn't believe they would be in any danger. Nonetheless, I still told them to stay inside and they actually said they didn't believe that was necessary!

They are wandering around somewhere and they are normally very self-sufficient, and they have often saved the rest of US when we needed it, so if anyone could just keep a few extra eyes and ears out for them, that would be appreciated. Pidge, I believe they had mentioned coming by your place.

In search of job leads. Physical labor is fine. My condition is that the armor stays on.

I must say I considered killing whoever I needed until one of you fools could send me home, but the idea of conquering a fresh new world is far more appealing than returning to one I already rule.

I also know how tiresome heroic fools can be.

Time moves so strangely here. I keep almost saying I just got here, but in like two months it'll be a year.

I haven't traveled (to other countries OR worlds) nearly as much as I expected to when I showed up, but I hear that if patterns continue that might change soon.

So last year, there was a convention in this area, for soon-to-be brides, and while I had no intentions of getting anything out of it (even if Lance had assumed something then), they had asked me to participate in modeling a few wedding dresses. Those wedding dresses (three in total) ended up in my possession, though they never called me back for them.

They've still been sitting around in my closet for all this time, unused by anyone in this household, of course, so I was wondering... what can be done? Would anyone like to take them? I don't want to toss things out especially considering we all here already have very little since landing here.

Similarly, the portal also gifted me with elven wine this past Christmas. The last time I had enjoyed it was when Sif, Loki, Thor, and I had gone about in Middle Earth together. Considering they (or at least the versions I was close to) are no longer here, I'm not entirely sure if I have the inclination to enjoy these again.

You know, space junk falls out of the sky at basically twice a day. It's too bad I can't offer to clean up the space junk for them. Maybe I can do it on the sly. Just haul it toward the sun. Think anyone would notice?

Probably should have thought of this earlier, but I've had a talk with my manager and she's cleared me to be out of the office Tuesday afternoon to do a college prep seminar at the community centre. Anyone who is thinking about enrolling, whether you're looking at the community college, Tumbleweed University campus, University of Texas, or something else entirely, if you haven't been to university before this will probably be useful.

Since we've got people who aren't from a world similar to this, I'll start with half an hour on the complete basics. That'll be 1pm-1.30pm, so people who know vaguely how university works can skip that part. From 1.30 we'll go through enrollment, picking a major (or not picking one) and choosing classes, as well as online study and how that works.
