I was just about to post the news that Roxanne had been returned to her time, when I was contacted by the good people at the Resettlement Bureau and informed that she had arrived via the portal. Apparently, when the future version of our daughter disappeared, the present one returned. I cannot pretend to understand how that works. I don't think even Professor Dumbledore could make sense of this space magic.

I intended to inform everyone sooner but with the end of term and the Senior Class trip, once again, this got away from me. Still, we have time.

James, Lily Luna and I will be taking a family trip with Credence, Luna and Helena to Florida next month. I was gifted a trip from the portal back during the winter holidays and we are just now able to take advantage of it. Should anyone like to also venture to the Sunshine State, and the Walt Disney resorts, while we are in attendance, we would be more than glad to spend some time with you during our trip. We will be there from July 8th to the 14th. I've attached our itinerary [here].

Anyone want to hazard a guess as to why the portal thought it fit to send me a wood fire hot tub as a gift, when it's already as hot as blue blazes here? I've managed a weather modification charm around its home in our garden, a tiny bit of winter to escape this dry heat.

It's taken me some time to wrap my head around what happens in our future and what becomes of our world. I must say that a lot of what I've heard makes me proud to be your father or father-in-law. And also grandfather.

The rest of it... I'm sorry. It is my job as a parent to protect you from the dangers of the world, and for some of you, I failed. I know you were considered adults for most of what had happened, but that doesn't change my role in this family.

Camelot has been a downright wonderland. I've done my best to nudge some of the knights into organizing a small tournament and it will be held tomorrow through the day.

There will be sword fighting, a melee, and jousting if anyone wants to participate.
