Last year we did a phenomenal job with not only the Calendar to help out the animal shelter but with the auction last February. Each of the events really helped supply them with money to help with the upkeep of the place, buying supplies for the animals, and helping out with medications and other medical needs.

So we need to keep it up!

I think helping out twice a year is a good amount and would like to keep it up. But I need to know, do you guys want to do the same events each year or do we want to mix it up?

Thoughts?

Breq and I would like to invite you all to a holiday fundraiser dinner on December 7th, starting at 5 PM. Because we will also be opening this up to the general public, it will be hosted in the warehouse we have converted into a community center instead of on Station, located at [address].

Tickets will be sold at the door on a sliding scale, and the funds raised will go towards our efforts to provide food, safe spaces, and support in finding housing, jobs, and medical care for those without. Many foods that are considered typical holiday fare on this planet will be provided, and we would love it if anyone also wanted to bring their favorite holiday foods to share. We are still learning about all the Earth cultures, as well as all the cultures you have brought with you, and this is another very helpful way of donating to the cause.

If you're interested in volunteering your time and energy, either at the event or at other times, let myself or Breq know. We would be glad to have your help.

This is Ahsoka Tano. I'm able to connect to our network, which has been active in most worlds we've landed in, and I'm writing this in the hopes that someone else is out there. I've landed in a pod that seems to have some sort of power dampener. I was unable to use the Force while in it, but after releasing myself, I feel back to normal.

If you're out there, please let me know. I don't know what kind of world we've landed on, but the terrain seems extra dry with the potential to be hostile. If others are out there, I want to find you; there's safety in numbers.

I would like to extend an invitation to any of you who might ever be in need of a place to stay. It seems a smaller version of my coven arrived not too long ago and after examining everything to ensure it was indeed safe, I thought it might be beneficial to open the doors to any other vampires here. There are several rooms open and the house itself came with the automatic shutters to block out sunlight if that is a negative factor for anyone here.
