Have you ever heard of a group of Mandalorians who abide by creed never to remove their helmets? I must admit, I had never heard of this before I met this one. Not even Pre Vizsla or Bo-Katan left their helmets on at all times.

So if Bob-ombs grow out of flowers. That makes them a fruit. Even if they walk. So it's not like throwing a loth squirrel as an explosive device.

Although I bet a loth squirrel would make a great weapon in the right fight.

I've been thinking about what we saw on that "VHS" data tape. I don't know how many of you watched it, too, and who would want to discuss it, but I think we should. Especially those of us who have a connection to the Force.

That "world between worlds" as Ahsoka called it on the tape— we've seen things like it before, on Mortis. "Episodes" about that apparently exist here. I can't draw nearly as well as Sabine but I can try to render symbols that I remember, they may or may not watch up to whatever those episodes show, but I saw things on that tape that were very similar. I wish we still had a copy to study and compare.

I think I'm not up to being a guardian, not in the way we were for Cassie and Eleven. Losing them is a lot harder than I thought it would be.

I'm going to do a little bit of traveling next week. I wanted to reconnect with nature and see if I can't get my connection with the Force stronger. I hope that you won't be too lonely without me.

Earth has some seriously cool nature to it. Why are we in Tumbleweed and not someplace like mountains or the Grand Canyon again? Then again, Tumbleweed's pretty cool as a forest too.

Thanks to an injection of wealth, we're taking a luxury coach on this ridiculously long road trip through the ass end of the country. Extra leg room, cozy seats, massage backs.

I've also upgraded the hotel. It was a darling place Scott, but I need more incentive to not just brain blast this trip through everyone and just hit Disneyland.

You all shared some level of return sentiment on a post I did a few weeks ago in regards to this being a second chance. Unfortunately, I was lazy, foolish, and scared to reply to you then. I am sorry.

I thought that we could all do something wildly inappropriate and, perhaps, a little dangerous. Mount Hokulani on Ula'ula is a star-gazer's paradise. I thought we could make the trek up the mountain, check out the observatory, and wait for the stars to come out. They may not be the ones we remember from home, but I bet they're spectacular.

I confess I don't often enjoy going into a situation and not knowing much about it, but I feel as if there is something to be said, perhaps, for being able to simply enjoy wandering these places without expectations or the pressure of really wanting to see everything.

I'm not sure how this guardianship thing is supposed to work, but I think you're supposed to live in the same household with me.

Frankly, I would have been perfectly happy to never see the Pod God again.

So it's already hot, and it's going to get hotter. I had my Jedi robe with me in the pod, it's not a lot, but if you've got little kids or if there is someone the heat's going to be really bad for, let me know. I've kind of juryrigged a tent up.

But if there isn't shelter around here somewhere, we're probably going to need more than just a make-shift tent.

I am going to explore.

I do not need the food or water in the pack. Sabine can have it.
