Now that the building has been obtained and permits secured, Tina and I are very excited to announce that the Center for the Performing & Creative Arts will be open for registration and tours starting on the 23rd of July. I attended Murphy's his nameday celebration and had the pleasure of meeting a few of you. I hope you enjoyed the chex mix and I and Clarke made. It went well with some of the beers offered that night. In the future, I would like to host something called a barbecue.

Ah. Well. Another rare human cowpox case. It's not at all surprising that along with measles and smallpox, this one would crop up as well.
