No. The eggs hatch and the spiderlings leave. They don't care what happens.

A little. They're big spiders, like a wolf. Inside is fluid until you roast them on the dying fire for a while. Then it turns firm and pale like fish or chicken and where the organs are is brown. That is stronger but you can take it out.
