Now that everyone has taken time to recover and get settled into our new yet underwhelming surroundings, we have a few matters of business to address.

First off, I spoke to Tony Stark about proposing a crisis response team, which was also then brought up by Peggy Carter. There are two components to this idea that need addressing:

-Peggy and Rogue discussed voluntary assignments of skilled individuals to take on pre-assigned roles in emergency situations so that everyone knows what they're supposed to do. Having a list available helps everyone have a better idea of who to turn to for help, and may also help us identify where we are lacking. Is anyone interested in canvassing the general public and compiling such a list and keeping it regularly updated?

-Tony and I discussed the idea of having a few individuals that can help organize emergency drills. This is more on behalf of the untrained civilians for situations that they may not be prepared for. My thought was asking Captain Rogers (World B) and Agent Romanoff (World A) to work on putting something together, but I'll take recommendations before we approach anyone.

That said, I think we should have a way to recognize or reward those that have gone out of their way to help others in these emergencies. This would include our medical professionals, and those that made their homes available to help shelter others. Agents Hill and Romanoff did an excellent job of protecting children and taking in people into their households.

And finally, we should take a look at the proposed amendments. We don't have time to vote individually on all of them, so to expedite the process, we will consider only those that anyone is willing to put their support behind. I would personally like to bring forward the idea for term limits, given that our time here has exceeded what any of us anticipated during the time of the drafting of the Constitution.

I have an antibiotic that could help you. Considering the path this disease seems to be taking, I thought about just contacting Nurse Temple, but I do think it would be better to seek out a doctor, first.

Dr. Strange pointed out that I should really have more people in the loop here, so I've widened the filter so that everyone this could be relevant to is informed.

So I doubt their goal is just to kill us all. (I am probably 70% sure that is not their goal. )

So. Let's talk through this.

Who is confirmed to be a zombie? Is there some pattern?
Of those who are zombies, who have we taken out?
Who has been bitten or scratched and how long ago?
Has everyone with a serious non-zombie induced injury spoken to Drs. Culber, Strange, Grey, or Temple?

And since zombies seemed to have popped up in homes and it's been a few days of the undead crashing our cars and pummeling our rosebushes. Does anyone need or want a place to stay? Should we look into safehouse(s)?

And can someone take care of Tony Stark when you see him?

So the space race may have been bullshit, or this is what we get for losing. Either way. The game has changed. Our objective now should be SURVIVAL.

• To the broadest extent possible, only travel during daylight hours, preferably in vehicles.
• When inside, barricade doors. When it is safe, take the time to cover your windows as completely as possible
• Arm yourself with what you have at home. Prioritize firearms and incendiaries. Molotov cocktails are super easy to make. Alcohol + Fabric. But knives, kitchen equipment, gardening tools, etc can all be used to good effect.
• If you're not comfortable fighting, do not stand your ground. Run or stay with someone more capable.

Now, before the sun goes down, we need to

1. see what the hardware store has in regards to barricades and weaponry.
2. We need to establish secure locations for children and the injured.
3. And we need as full a report as possible of who's injured and how.
4. and who needs or wants to move (it looks like we're not all waking back up in our assigned houses now because Daisy?)

I move to bring Amendments 3A.8, 3A.9, and affiliated revisions to a Council VOTE.

I would also like to discuss, hopefully vote, on two proposed amendments, the first clarifying resistance:

6A.6) Actions taken against the Scientists, their assistants, or any Wittgenstein property shall not be counted as an offense except to the extent that they directly impact the rights, liberties, or bodily autonomy of other specimens for which they will still be held to account.

and one written withby Charles Xavier's input addressing Hotel's concerns.

3A.10) All specimens shall have equal and unfettered access to their rooms, equipment, commissary funds and leisure time to which scientists have no claim. It is unlawful to impose uncompensated labor or exercise on specimens or punish them or any others for a failure to consent.

Though I still believe there is an ethical obligation on the part of Hotel under Article 3B to do this work and any active attempts to sabotage the work or extract quid pro quos should be dealt with. I will also admit that I am perhaps overly passionate at times. Particularly under circumstances such as this.

Now that said. I wouldn't know where to begin if any further amendments seem worth discussing. But these feel like a priority.

There has been a lot of talk about whether or not we ought to be building these machines. Who they will benefit, who they won't, if we'll finish or not, who might control it once it's done -- even if it will do what Hotel says it will.

But there hasn't been a lot of talk about the fact Hotel block is doing all this work that could do great things for all of you, without very much support. We're having to barter with ourselves for motivation -- but what 's fair about it? Maybe you can't build these yourselves, but nothing is stopping you from making the burden easier for those that have to work.

I reckon people don't seem to realize its akin to losing your sight or a limb even when our abilities suddenly ain't there anymore. I think we need an amendment that guarantees us our right to having them.
