Things have mostly returned to normal in IVI equivalent to Judge Judy: Spanish Class. Omar was early enough he got a choice of seat: next to Carter, not to far from Lo or Sol, and right behind Jasmine. Some things shifted a little from day to day (Kody's friend Seth was a little closer to that Brad kid) while others stayed the same (Kody himself was still at a desk right next to the instructor). Ten minutes in, Omar is already sneaking glances at his phone. The uptight hottie from Australia was trying to be nice, and while Omar thinks the whole "say nice things about each other" was dumb, he also sees the potential for it to be fucking funny. Specifically, it could be funny seeing people try to write nice things about, say, Lo. He sneaks a glance at her, wondering how mad she would be if he wrote her name, then types in a different name: Carter Gray. Looking up, he notices the instructor's eyes on him, so he sighs and slips his phone into his pocket, pulling out a piece of paper instead. Not to write verb conjugations, of course, but instead for something more fun. ja ja ja sucker

MASHA'ALLAH, THE EID IS COMING!! I have e-mailed the administration and they have got back to me this morning, so GUESS WHAT??? We will have an Eid party!!! Next Friday!!! There will be a BIG TENT, and MUSIC and VERY NOISY SPEAKERS and muhammad, you will play the drums, and A FEAST OF LAMB for everybody at lunch, and middle-eastern snacks and desserts and mehndi and face painting and cotton candy and CAMEL RIDES!!!

Oh and the Eid prayer of course, leading by the chaplain.

They said everyone that is not Muslim can go to the party after classes because they will CANCEL TRAINING. CANCEL, WOW!!

You must also help me by giving me a list of your favorite Eid food, and then I will send the list to the administration. AND THEN THEY WILL MAKE IT FOR US. OKAY?? Everybody get to work!!
