"Today," the therapist said with his usual monotone, "we're going to talk about all of you. Your team." He used the word deliberately for it's collaborative connotations and the context of closeness that gave it an edge over the much more generic 'group'. "Some teams are functioning, some teams are less so. This team... well," he trailed off, looking around the room expectantly.
"How do you think you're doing? See positives? See gaps? Where do you stand?"
