People of the station,
It is time to put an end to the man who has brought terror and grief to our station. While many of you have guarded the innocent, I have not been resting. Actions have been taken, not only by me but by others as well. For some time, Higgs had been feeding on his former victims. This has now been prevented and those souls have been freed.
Knowledge about our enemy has been gained. We know that it is not enough to kill his body. As he himself as informed us, he can transport himself into a new self. One thing, however, he can no longer do is to flee to a different world. His connections with those have been severed. All that remains is to prevent him from doing the same in this world.
You have already heard that I plan to fight on three different fronts. Whoever joins me, will try to conquer his very soul, prevent it from escaping. This is not the only purpose, we will also use this moment to free our people. Young Abra and myself have already been able to do this once as some of you might be aware1. However, Higgs is someone who guards his soul well and is a master of his own world. Doing this now, might either mean we need to hunt all the others down now and risk alerting him. Indeed, I believe that distraction can only be our ally in this case. In the shadow of a physical attack on his life, whoever joins me should be able to hide themselves from his senses. This has worked once before. This is where the second team comes in. I will need someone to lead that attack. Someone who is commanding, knowledgeable and quick witted. Do I have a volunteer?
Next, Higgs is known to call creatures of tar to his aide. We must protect our vulnerable and have people standing by who can respond to problems that arise. Do I have volunteers to coordinate such efforts? Establishing communication and monitoring the station will be key.
Lastly, I want everyone we are certain that they have not been replaced notified just before we launch the attack. Many fighters are still uninformed. The chance is high we will not need them but the more backup we have, the higher our chances of success.
I have no doubt that by the end of the month this man will be dead. Let us show him what happens when he tries to take away our lives and our young ones.
