So, Bill would probably be better at this. Because you know him and he's a better writer and I'm kind of a dick. But he's really hungover and I'm only kind of hungover so here it goes.

I just...we just want to say thank you. To everyone. What happened through that door will change our lives. Will change the lives of everyone we know, and save a lot of people. And I know that just saying thank you won't bring anyone back. It won't fix the way anyone feels right now. But it needs to be said anyway. There's no way to express how much it means to us.

I don't know if there's anything we can do to make anything better, even in some small way, but if there is we'll do it. Just let us know.
