Isabel and I've had a wonderful surprise of new ingredients!
So I'm offering new specials. Here are tomorrow's:
For breakfast:
Nopales con huevo: Soft scrambled eggs and cactus paddle spiced with fried pasilla chile and roasted peppers, served with a side of refried beans.
For lunch:
Pambazo sandwich. Bread socked in red guajillo pepper salsa, then toasted until it's nice and crispy and stuffed with potatoes, chorizo, lettuce, cream and cheese.
Also lobster tacos - tempura battered lobster, topped with my homemade slaw, jalapeno mayo and slices of avocado.
For dinner, Chicken with a spicy orange chili glaze, with crispy yuca fries and a tomato herb salad.
Also achiote spiced-pork, roasted in banana leaves with caramelized onions, cinnamon, and orange, with yuca fries and salad as well.
I'll have other specials during the week. I might not always get around to posting them on the network, but I'll put them up in food court. And I'll pick a name for my restaurant soon.
